When my wing mirror finally arrived it was great, however it took much communication and excuses about "the courier" - I tried phoning to be told in my email "the phone doesn't work". A good price but be prepared for a wait and chase if you don't receive in the time frame.

Part fitted no problem, would highly recommend.

If unsure of colour if you get in touch with your vin number we can check for you.

You should really get all your FACTS straight.
Before you make anymore a idiot of yourself.

I received my refund.
But DON’T however call a customer a LIAR or make them out to be the BAD GUY.
And ask them to RETRACT there review, to make you look better.
And then say call it a day and THEN REPLY like that.

You sent an email, which I DID NOT RECEIVE.
Hence you got no reply.
When I asked for PROOF OF EMAIL.
YOU COULD NOT PROOF.
Then you sent another one.
Which I did receive.
However as I explained in that email to you.
I gave the VIN NUMBER of the vehicle which you REQUESTED, that GIVES you the PAINT COLOUR, when I ordered.
WHICH YOU STIPULATE.

However YOU COULD NOT get the info. Which is not my fault.
YOUR FAULT. For not having the correct update information, which you said you have.
BEFORE and AS ORDER WAS PLACED.
Otherwise why ASK FOR VIN Number of VEHICLE?
BEFORE ORDER IS ACCEPTED.

Ordered 26th Feb.
1st Email.
I sent chasing was 5th MARCH
THAT is 5-7 days after £3.99 extra payment for delivery.
YOUR REPLY.
“I will chase it for you. Thanks.”

Then on 6th March.
YOUR REPLY.
“I was assured it was in transit?”

THEN NOTHING FOR 5 DAYS

Then on 11th March
“I have sent you email asking for you to call Ford to name of colour. As the site we use isn’t working. But I have had no reply.”

So this is we’re I asked for the proof of that email, that you said you sent.
Between the 6th and 11th.
Which YOU COULDN’T give.
Wonder why?????

THIS NOW 14 DAYS after placing order.

But, by then I’d already received the part painted and posted by another company.
I had to source my own.
Which cost me more.

Hence I asked for a refund.
Which I received.

But don’t make out that it’s my fault by this reply.

DONT ASK FOR INFORMATION IN THE VERY FIRST INSTANCE.
THAT YOU CANNOT USE.
So THAT MAKES IT YOUR FAULT.
As does all the email chasing after.
Which the customer has to do.
If they don’t receive the order in the time specified, they pay for.

But clearly you have no idea on how to treat customers, but slate them off after you plead for them to put a better review.
As I said. I’m glad for all the 5 star review customers.

But for me. Still should be NO STAR for calling a CUSTOMER A LIAR.
Unfortunately I can’t copy and paste my Order.

All good. Part arrived and was the correct colour and fit straight onto my Mondeo with no problem

Ordered a new wing mirror cover for my T5 but sadly it never arrived. I contacted ASYAutoparts who tried to locate its whereabouts. They soon sent out another one, which this time was trackable, and that arrived two days later. Really good customer service, good communication and an excellent product.

As with other customers there seems to be a courier issue,but ASY'S customer service was great with communication and sorted the issue.
Colour of product is spot on,will use again.

Ordered a new side mirror for my car.
Unfortunately the mirror didn't fit my car due to different electricity sockets.
The return process was fast and easy. As promised, I got a full refund (shipping excluded). Very friendly and honest customer service.

I have a Seat Leon St. Passenger side mirror cap had suffered minor dinks and scratches over the years. Looking online, lots of primed replacements, but Asyautoparts colour matched to original for a reasonable cost. Very happy with result and purchase.

Ordered a wing mirror cover, but it failed to arrive. Contacted the seller who tried to find out what had happened from the courier and, when they were unhelpful, dispatched a replacement to arrive the next day via Royal Mail. Colour matches perfectly and excellent communications - would definitely recommend.
