I have been very happy with Astute , as the help response I get is very quick to respond with any issue understanding needed. Astute frees me up and gives me more time to concentrate on other things day to day.

Astute Payroll is very user friendly…
Astute Payroll is very user friendly with the awards interpretation and that is very handly for payroll staff who have to pay the penalty rates according to the award. The support staff is always available to provide assistance when I encountered issues with the software.

Super easy to use
Super easy to use for Candidates, Approvers and Admin. Love the training provided via webinars or the training sessions. If you ever are unsure, the support team is great at helping fix every issue and are super fast! overall great service and great company

Timesheet issues
The system is good .. But sometimes I receive queries from employees that they cannot find the timesheets on their dashboard but from my end I can see that its there.. I have to then submit it on their behalf. So that's the issue I face most of the times. Otherwise its all good.
