If I could give a zero star, I would! I have spent over 6 weeks trying to get my money back! They refused to cancel my order after I had submitted it for less than 30 minutes. This company is the worst! Find somewhere else to spend your money!

VORSICHT- Die Ware wurde geliefert. Es gibt nach dem Kauf ganz viele tolle Mails. Aber die Kommunikation zwecks Retournierung ist nicht möglich. Die Ware kommt aus einem Logistikzentrum, daher braucht man eine genaue Anschrift. In meinen Augen ist diese Firma kriminell. Geld weg, Ware immer noch hier.

I ordered the nail repair pen in the middle of the night. The price was supposed to be $14.00 when I saw they took $62.00 from my Paypal account I immediately email them to cancel my order. I got an email back from Mia saying it already shipped, which was suspicious because it was sent immediately but by 8am central time it was already sent. Mia informed me it was a subscription and I would be receiving more in November. Eventually she cancelled the subscription and kept emailing ma and offering discounts on the product. Charlie emailed me back and forth several times and finally after two weeks they sent me a refund authorization but I had to pay for the retuen.

I originally ordered to try the product and have yet to see results. Fast forward to late August and I get an email thanking me for contacting them regarding my order. I never emailed them about an order and then I get an email stating my order had been shipped. Evidently there was a subscription scam imbedded in my original order and if you use PayPal they just charge your account. I reached out to PayPal and yes they confirmed my account had been charged and no suspicious activity detected. So I went to settings in PayPal and removed the vendor so they cannot charge my account again. Now the struggle will be getting them to cancel my so called subscription to their product.

I placed an order yesterday August 15th for ORIVILLE with an advertisement of 70% only for yesterday. I chose 3 pens + 3 pens free with free shipping for $9.99 each and no subscription coz I don't want it. When i checked out it didn't even show to review the order and just took my payment from PayPal. When I checked PayPal receipt they charged me $65.04 with shipping charge and they auto subscribe. What the heck is wrong with this SCAMMERS!!! First person named email me that said "GOOD NEWS YOUR WAS CANCELED". Then another message from her and Cyd stating that they can't cancel coz it's on the way and gave me a tracking number and I checked and it hasn't been picked up yet...ANOTHER LIE!!!!. I filed a dispute right away last night with PayPal and attached their advertisement that they showed. This company is a SCAMMER!!! THEY WILL DO AN AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T CLICK IT AND WILL NOT HONOR THEIR ADVERTISEMENT FOR THIS PRODUCT....TOTAL SCAMMER AND SICK AND TIRED OF THESE COMPANIES WHO JUST STEAL...BEWARE.

Absolut betrügerisches Unternehmen. Kein Stornieren möglich. Vom Kauf 100 pro abzuraten.

Scammers, charged double the advert

Grosse anarque. Prélèvement de sommes importantes sur le compte de ma maman qui est une personne vulnérable pour des produits qui n'ont jamais été commandés

Achat forcé non voulu !
Je regardais simplement un produit et ils ont juxtaposé une page Paypal, deux minutes plus tard j'ai été débité de plus de 50€
Inadmissible de constater encore ce genre d'entreprise...
Procédure de litige engagé avec Paypal

Beim online Kauf wurde ein viel höherer Betrag der Kreditkarte belastet. Auch kam keine Bestellbestätigung mit Bestellnummer. Auf Nachfrage kamen unterschiedliche Begründungen mit höchst zweifelhaften Angaben. Ein Stornierungswunsch wurde nicht berücksichtigt, die Ware kam Tage später beschädigt an. Auf Anfrage nach einem kostenlosen Rücksendeetikett keine Antwort mehr!! Könnte sich um ein betrügerisches Unternehmen handeln!!

They took my money before I could confirm the order, and I got slugged a heap for shipping. The product doesnt work, and then 2 months later I get billed again, as a so called subscription payment was set up (without my knowledge or authorisation or confirmation!! I have tried to cancel this order but they keep stalling and offering me other options, and now they have canceled the supposed subcription for the next cycle but want cancel this new order, and hav taken my money. A total scam and rip off. BEWARE

Wish I had checked this site first. Please be warned Astonara are a scam. There advertising is very misleading and they ask payment method before revealing price charged and take your money without you confirming order when. I cancelled order within 30 seconds of them taking my money but they emailed me to say too late order already sent. Not possible. PayPal not much help as continually cut off on phone calls, although did email me to ask for documents at 75 yrs old I do not know how to send so I have had to drop my case. The only thing I can do is warn others.

Be careful if you buy fro this company, I bought 3 anti nail fungal pens ( orivelle) from them,I cancelled the automatic payment as I’ve got caught out before, but they still took my money.

Lors de la passation de la commande et après avoir réglé je me suis aperçu que j'ai fait une erreur, 2 minutes après j'ai demandé à la société d'annuler la commande et de procéder au remboursement, il m'a été répondu que la commande était en livraison et qu'il n'était plus possible d'annuler. Je trouve cette pratique abusive et mal honnête . Je déconseille cette entreprise
