made my husbands eczema worse
my husband has red itchy skin and severe asthma i bought these encasements to see if we could stop taking so many antihistamines..
unpacking it would could smell some very strong chemicals but we thought if we wash would get rid of of it. unfortunately the smell remained.
we used it for 1 night and he could not stop itching.
on closer inspection we could see there a many gaps in the zip and fabric so its pointless at stopping dust mites
when we contacted them we got 3 automated responses and never 1 real person replying. i cannot recommend this company

Dear Mary,
I am sorry that you were not satisfied with our product or service. Our products are not treated with any chemicals so I am not sure why your product smelled. Also the fabric we make our encasements out of is a US fabric which is itself a US registered Medical Device, so I am surprised that there were "gaps" in the fabric. I had no reports from our work room, about a faulty batch of fabric but I am happy to take this up with our fabric supplier.
We take all commplaints very seriously and we are happy for you to return the goods and when received we will reimburse your payment. You can email us directly using the information on our website www.astexallergybedding.co.uk.
I have checked our email system which does not send out automatic repsonses, and I can find no trace of unanswered emails around this time. So do please try again so that we can resolve this issue for you and replace or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
Regards
