Absolutely crap, gave me a bad quality jacket, it was discounted by a £1 and faulty may I add. They told me I cannot return this item as it’s on sale! It has took me over a month and half to get a response that isn’t automated, I sent the item back after threatening them and contacting Klarna. Had no response, had to post all over their instagram saying it’s a scam for them to give me my money back. Do not buy from.

A total scam company! I ordered back in November, sent multiple emails with no reply & DMs on Instagram which have all been read and ignored, all comments from people complaining underneath their Instagram posts get deleted, luckily I paid through Klarna and have reported the company to them!

I regret not reading up about this company now….too late now though!

They replied to one email explaining the above with regards to sale items, I explained I simple want an exchange for a smaller size. No reply! I’ve sent multiple emails, no reply!! 🤬

Just horrible! You sent the wrong dress. And it’s a xxs not a large and you don’t answer the phone or emails!

DO NOT ORDER!! Worst company ever. No one replied. Waste of money waste of time. I recieved one of my deliveries which ended up me being sent the wrong colour. Awful service absolute time wasters.

Ordered item on 8th January. Still not been dispatched. Emailed last week to say I haven’t received item and still no response from them

I regret not having read about this company on trustpilot before having bought something from them on Black Friday, I still haven’t received my order and they don’t answer to any of my emails/messages. I am glad that I didn’t do a big order but it’s still money lost, I’m never using this company again and I recommend the same to anyone who reads this comment.

There is no way to give zero stars - that's what I would have given. Warning to anyone considering buying from them - they are scammers, you won't get a response from them, you likely won't get whatever you tried to buy and you certainly won't get your money back. Literally don't do it.

I ordered a dress in November 2022 and it did not arrive. I have emailed several times to receive no response. I can't get my money back and I have no product... So I have essentially been robbed? Great!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY DON’T RESPOND TO YOU AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS. ITEM I RECEIVED WAS CHEAP CRAP AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!!!!

AVOID - I wish I had read these reviews first.

I placed an order on 9th November, 12 working days later I receive shipping confirmation but the tracking number is wrong and does not update.

I have emailed several times with no response, I also sent a DM on Instagram and left a comment asking someone to please respond to my email - they deleted my comment.

I have now opened a dispute with Paypal.

Never ordering again from here, I should have read the reviews before, such terrible customer service and then they said that they don’t want to refund me as item was on sale

Placed order on 12th August, goods still not received, no communication from this “company” or response to my emails. Now filed an investigation with my bank. This is a scam, please avoid.

Ordered at the start of October and received the item nearly 4 weeks later, the item I ordered looks nothing like the pictures on the website, very poor quality, completely different colour and very small size! I’ve emailed multiple times about where my order was and now on how to return the gilet but no one has bothered to reply to any of my emails and I’ve even messaged on Instagram but still no response. Customer service is appalling! No where on the website says where to return to and with no reply to my emails I have no idea how to send back. I will never be buying from this site again, poor quality of clothing and rubbish customer service!
