Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. We had a level 3 full building survey that was carried out promptly and the report was detailed yet easy to understand. Everything was explained clearly, and it gave me real confidence in moving forward with my purchase. We would recommend and use again.

As first-time buyers
As first-time buyers, we were naturally feeling a bit nervous about the whole process, but working with this surveyor made everything so much easier. From the very beginning, they were friendly and approachable, calling us before the survey to introduce themselves and explain what to expect on the day.
The survey itself went smoothly, and we really appreciated the follow-up call afterwards. They took the time to break everything down in clear, simple terms, explaining any issues they found and offering helpful advice and reassurance. It was exactly what we needed to feel confident moving forward.
