Sound Mortgage Advice
I used Assured Mortgage Advice as they were affiliated with the estate agent I was using to sell my house and I was really pleased with the service I received. My needs were met financially with a new mortgage that covered what I needed as well as being affordable. They also helped with my new homes buildings and contents insurance. I would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for sound mortgage advice.

Incredible Service
Assured Mortgage were incredible, specifically our advisor Adam Kirchin. He was always available, and nothing ever too much for him. He took the time to listen to what we needed, and talked through all of the options without any pushy sales tactics. I cannot recommend them enough!

Amazing service from Sadie
Sadie Grant is an amazing mortgage advisor. She went above and beyond, and genuinely made the experience of moving house so much easier. She was thorough in assessing our mortgage needs and liaising with our bank. Our conveyancing solicitors turned out to be absolutely awful and Sadie was a huge help in chasing them for us and noticing when they’d made errors. She was responsive and friendly throughout. With the problems with our solicitors I’m not sure the sale and purchase would actually have gone through without Sadie’s help. We weren’t sure of the value of a mortgage advisor before this, but we wouldn’t hesitate to hire Sadie if we were to move again.

A huge thank you to Paul
A huge thank you to Paul who helped us and guided us through the whole process with arranging a new mortgage offer, porting our existing mortgage and also setting up our insurance. Our moving process took significantly longer than we had ever imagined but Paul was helpful and responsive throughout and always answered emails and enquiries promptly and professionally. We would definitely reccomend him to anyone needing this service. Thank you once again.

Highly Recommend for First Time Buyers!
During a very daunting process or being first time buyers Adam was more than helpful and made everything feel so much simpler. We were always made to feel at ease by the whole team at assured and even in absence Sadie helped us when she didn’t have too! The whole team went above and beyond and we are so grateful. We would highly recommend Assured!
