Assured Energy Anmeldelser

Mark was brilliant from start to finish – made the whole process really easy. Took the time to explain things clearly and even helped sort out a few issues we’d had with our old supplier. Highly recommend if you want someone who actually cares and gets things done!

Chris was a great help when finding us better rates for our electricity bills, he was very quick and professional and I would recommend Assured Energy to anyone looking for a better deal on their energy bills! Fantastic service.

The team at Assured Energy have been an absolute dream to work with. Not only did they find me a fantastic rate on my gas supply, but they also worked tirelessly to help resolve a six-month-long query. They took all the stress and hassle out of the situation, and I honestly can’t thank Mark, Jo, and Vicky enough. I’d highly recommend them.

Brilliant service as usual by Mark, always a joy to deal with this company. One stop solution.

Outstanding Service and Support Over 6 Years – A 5-Star Experience

I have been a customer of Assured Energy for the last six years, and throughout this time, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, I found the company to be professional, reliable, and committed to delivering a high standard of customer care. Over the years, they’ve consistently provided competitive pricing, transparency, and trustworthy advice — everything you would hope for in an energy partner.

A key part of my positive experience has been thanks to my dedicated account manager, Ketul Mehta. Since I started working with Ketul, I’ve felt completely supported and confident in the service I’m receiving. Ketul has proven to be an outstanding professional who genuinely understands the needs of his clients. He is always punctual when providing quotes, incredibly knowledgeable about the complexities of the energy industry, and most importantly, he communicates clearly and consistently.

What sets Ketul apart is his proactive approach — he doesn’t just respond when contacted; he actively follows up, checks in, and ensures that everything is running smoothly. Whether it’s negotiating contracts, answering detailed queries, or offering guidance, Ketul is always on top of things. His ability to manage the entire process — from initial inquiry to after-sales support — has made my life significantly easier.

It’s rare these days to come across someone who truly takes their role seriously and delivers such a comprehensive level of service. Ketul is not only highly competent, but also personable, respectful, and easy to work with. He genuinely cares about the customer’s experience and it shows in everything he does.

If you’re considering working with Assured Energy, I can say with complete confidence that you’re in safe hands — and if you have the opportunity to work with Ketul Mehta, you’re especially fortunate. His dedication and professionalism have had a lasting positive impact on my business, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

A truly 5-star experience from start to finish.

I have just renewed our electricity contracts for our sites via Brian at Assured Energy.
I found Brian to be very knowledgeable and helpful. With his guidance, I’m confident that I’ve secured the best pricing available on my renewal contracts.

Well Ian and Chris and co came up with a great price for our energy deal and dealt with it all really efficiently. All in one day. Marvellous.

What a difference it makes for a micro-business like ours, to have a super seasoned professional like Damien looking after all our energy related affairs.
Not only did he manage to get a move from our very rubbish incumbent energy supplier, to a more flexible provider, he did it with using his in-depth industry knowledge. To top it all, he is now sorting the unfinished business with our previous supplier. Cant recommend Damien and Assured Energy enough !!

We have used Assured for our electricity contracts for a number of years now, and the service we get has always been brilliant. Chris has always been great with sorting out our new deals and handling any queries we have with our suppliers.

I have dealt with Damien Garcia for a number of years now, and in an extremely volatile market, he has been head and shoulders above any other broker or direct dealings with energy suppliers. Making sense and highlighting a total picture to the energy costs involved with pricing. Would definitely recommend his expertise and glad that the energy market has become less of a minefield for us.

Great service — Chris was extremely helpful throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently and clearly communicated.

Chris provided great service once again, regarding renewal of our electric contract. Thank you

Have dealt with Brian Joyce, he could not have being anymore helpful, has gone above and beyond to help in a very complex situation, highly recommend.

We have once again had the pleasure of working with Damien Garcia @ Assured Energy to renew our commercial energy contracts.
He is professional, straightforward and easy to deal with, again providing us the best pricing in the market.
Damien is knowledgeable about the energy market and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Chris was incredibly helpful, he got us a great price and dealt with all the paperwork.

Mark kept me informed through out the process and got me a really good deal for my renewal.
With an unpredictable market and so many options Mark put a lot of time and effort into this, time I couldn’t afford.
I was really happy with the service and will be working with assured in the future,
Thank you.

Damian Garcia from Assured Energy took the hassle out of sourcing a new gas supplier for our charity. He was very efficient with all the necessary documentation and made the whole process easy. I won't hesitate to use Damian again when our electricity contract is up for renewal next year.

I contacted Damien at assured energy after many recommendations from other independent veterinary practice owners. Very easy process and too all the hassle out of getting me the best deal in advance of when my current contracts end so that I can lock in the best price. Just having someone remember and diarise this for me with prompt replies means my to do list is that little bit smaller - thank you!

Chris was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the process
