Ms. Gay, was very awesome such a wonderful lady she explained things to me she showed me she cared and she helped me the best way she could and I understand every way she told me and said she took her time and I really do appreciate that and she showed me that she's always going to be there for me and that means a lot two me.

Everything I'm writing keeps disappearing but will put my words somewhere. Honestly what I have to say is more personal and I'm angry. Probably took the whole situation out of context--personalized it--and put some paranoia with it. But will never use your insurance and will cancel what I have. My choice. Your company does have some good reviews but I follow my gut instinct. Maybe we can discuss issue some day. Or Life goes on and my Money goes elsewhere.
