I found this company online on Google, my request was dealt with almost straight away and in a professional manner, I was given a competitive quote for the supply of some used pallets and placed the order. When we received our order one pallet was damaged, I sent them pictures and they swiftly replied informing me that the carrier had re-banded them and broken them in doing so. They immediately offered a refund and apologised for the inconvenience. The fault was not of their doing but they were quick to resolve the situation and refunded the cost of the damaged item. I was impressed with the way they handled this issue and I would not hesitate using them again or recommending them to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. I had a few questions regarding pallet sizes and the best options for our shipment, and the team couldn't have been more helpful. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

Needed plastic pallets, made contact mid morning by early afternoon they was ready. From start to finish, staff was brilliant, friendly and polite. Highly recommend this pallet company.

Superb Service and Quality from Associated Pallets. The Theatre Group at the University of Southampton needed pallets for a stage production and were guided to the most economic option with swift delivery.

I have to give a top review because Associated Pallets Ltd of Southampton earned it. OK the nearest competition is 80 miles away and did quote a little lower but Associated Pallets do the internationally required heat treating of wooden packing materials almost every week day. The guys in the yard also offered me advice to how I could make my "unique* DIY crate stronger. The delivery up the road to Southampton Freight Services was a bonus and stamping every little piece of wood with the ISPM15 heat-treated mark as the USA Department of Agriculture require for biosecurity was no problem at all. Also important the "paperwork" on and offline was excellent. Thank you very much.

Darren's Customer Service was exceptional and even a last minute emergency was not too much trouble, he pulled out all the stops to assist would 100% recommend this company and they will be getting all out future business

Didn't end up purchasing the collars due to the distance but great customer service from Darren.
Will definitely use Associated if need them in the future.

I have been using Associated Pallets for some considerable time and I would not consider using anyone else. Their customer service is second to none and they will go above and beyond to facilitate my orders, even when it is at short notice.
I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Tried several times to order online via Paypal. Wouldn't accept the order. Put up a message box saying "Billing Request a Tail lift for Delivery". They need to sort out their web site, so that it is able to fulfil what they offer.

I've given 5 stars to your Company. There wasn't space for more so I'm adding another five here. I'm an old 77 yr old and making raised beds for easy planting etc. Not knowing exactly what I was ordering, you knew better than I did what I was looking for. Darren you were great in your help and I thank you very much. The other helpful person was Jack. He checked out for me why the pallets hadn't arrived on the day they should. This was down to the delivery Company. THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH. It's nice to have someone cheerful at the end of the phone in these very strange times.
