Thank you for your review and for choosing us for your Camera Insurance. You are correct, there is no specific box online to enter serial numbers, but these can be added to the description box.
If you would like to email them in to us at customer@assetsure.com quoting your policy number, we will have them added on to your records.
Great customer service
Great communication from the advisor and was able to process my applications speedily. Direct debit was set up, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of insurance also.

Great customer service/help on the phone - He was the only contact out of 5 companies to call me back, Assetsure are a little more expensive than the going rate - however the service outweighs this small increase of cost.

Very easy to obtain quote and purchase.
Price was very competitive. 1yr cover for my luxury watch was less than £200 compared to £350 with Goldsmiths. Cannot comment on claims process, but purchasing was very good. Recommended.

Efficient, professional, and very clear
The process was clear, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Requirements were communicated upfront, documentation was handled promptly, and there was no ambiguity about what was needed or when cover became active.
