The Aspect management team gave expert advice and managed the project that required tradesman from a variety of skills - carpenter plasterer, plumber and painter.
All these trades worked as a team, hard and skilful, showed respect, helpfulness, and friendly to complete a truly superb result.
Many thanks to the Aspect team both for their hard work and their help in producing the kitchen dining room we had envisaged.

Aspect fitted my kitchen and bathroom, they where very quick and clean. All workers were very friendly and hard working if I had any problems they were sorted quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better team of workers. Thankyou

Recently had my kitchen done, all the workers were friendly, I felt at ease about having them in my home, extra effort to keep me happy was made , chris who checked in on me everyday made sure I was happy with everything and dic the finisher made sure on the last day I wasnt left with sink issues and that everything was upto standard

We engaged Aspect to reroof our house and as part of this, to create usable attic space. It was a complicated project that involved various trades plus the sequencing of the works required a high level of input.
Additionally, the project involved extensive scaffolding and also measures to prevent water ingress as we were living in the house during these works.
Aspect, apart from providing a competitive price, undertook all the work in a highly professional manner and ensured that we were 100% satisfied with the end product.
Also, Aspect's 'after sales' service has been exemplary and to the extent that after some storm damage to a separate roof in our house that did not form part of their original contract, they came the next day to repair this and did not charge anything.
Having worked professionally in the design/construction industry for the whole of my working life, my experience of Aspect is that they are truly exceptional and we highly recommend them.

overall the bathroom looks a million times better than it did, but saying that i believe the customer should be consulted before toilet, bath and sink fitted. for instance in my opinion the bath has been fitted the wrong way round, instead of the water running away from me when showering its trying to come towards me against the flow, i expect ill get used to it

Very professional workmen. Friendly and very punctual. They converted our bathroom into a wet room. They cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them.

Very good and tidy worker

The work done on my bathroom was fantastic the workmen arrived when they said the would each day and the expertise 0f the tradesmen was first class they left no mess for me to tidy up and all rubbish was disposed off I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a conversion to be done. What was a bathroom is now a wonderful shower room

Excellent work from initial quote to completion. We had four roof windows installed. Communication was very good and the company made sure that everything was satisfactory before concluding the job. The workers themselves were punctual, efficient and considerate. Recommended.

I think Aspect has two standards of work. One standard for private jobs and another for jobs they do for the council. They did work on my roof for the council. Before they started the job I telephoned their office, I explained that I’m disabled and needed my gateway and path kept clear for wheelchair access. The day they came to put the scaffolding up I spoke to one of the workers and he said he hadn’t been told that I needed access. I had to explain again about my wheelchair, I told him I was waiting for my sister to pick me up. When my sister arrived less then half an hour later she found scaffolding poles across my path.
Luckily the work didn’t take long. On the day they took the scaffolding down I was out, but my daughter was in. When I got home I went into my back garden for a cigarette. I was disgusted at what I saw. The jug I use for a ash tray had been broken and there were cigarette butts laying over the path. They had also broken one of my solar owl lights. There were plastic bags and nylon straps left laying about the garden, both were a hazard to me because of my disability. I could have easily slipped on them. I telephoned Aspect the next day, Friday 7th June. I was told the person who I needed to speak to was in a meeting but they would phone me back soon. I’m still waiting for the call back. A week ago someone called nick half heartedly tried to contact me because two of their vehicles had blocked my gateway twice in one day. I sent him a message saying please don’t bother, to be honest I couldn’t see the point in talking to him. I think it’s terrible how some companies think it’s ok to treat people and their property in such a disrespectful way.

We found the service to be first rate. When problems did arise they were dealt with speedily and efficiently. The workmen were polite and helpful at all times.

We needed a repair to our roof, phoned up spoke to Ryes who gave excellent advice on how to get the repair done. It took two weeks which was shorter than previously anticipated carpenters came to do the repair which was undertaken in the best professional way , very clean and tidy.
Would recommend Aspect to anyone wanting work done to a very high standard we will be using Aspect in our next project Extensive work done including roof and loft conversion.
Can speak very highly of this company.

Aspect were extremely professional and reliable and offered a great service from the initial online query to delivering the repairs. The team members were all pleasant and helpful and the job was overseen by a Supervisor whilst on site. A very competitive price for outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this company to others and we will certainly be using them again in the future.
