Sarah was very friendly and welcoming. She explained the process in detail and made sure that she knew my likes and dislikes. The treatment was incredibly relaxing; Sarah incorporated lots of different triggers. I really enjoyed it and just wish I lived a bit closer!

From the moment Sarah greeted me, I knew I was in safe hands and in for a thoroughly relaxing ASMR experience. Sarah's studio was extremely inviting, dimly lit and perfect for a couple of hours of relaxation (just what I needed). The experience itself was everything I was hoping for and more! Pretty sure I even fell asleep at one point. Highly recommended.

From the moment Sarah greeted me I felt super comfortable with her and all throughout the treatment I felt super warm and cosy. Sarah clearly has put a lot of thought and effort into this and it shows, I’d be happy to return again soon!

Had such a lovely experience with Sarah. She has a lovely welcoming home that put me at ease. The treatment room is very relaxing, dimly light with wonderful crackling candles. The treatment itself had me experience non stop tingles and intense feelings of relaxation. The massage combined with the ASMR focused sounds was everything I hoped it would be. Overall I couldn't recommend this experience enough, great value for money and so great to support such a wonderful part of the ASMR community.

I’ve always wanted to find an Asmr experience. I found the treatment amazing to help relax in ways which traditional massage is unable to. I felt warm and comfortable in the spa room and I felt I was able to ask for adjustments etc to make the experience the best it could be

As soon as you are invited in by Sarah she makes you feel very welcome and at ease in her beautifully presented home. Sarah has a calming presence and is happy to talk through the experience with you discussing what you want and making sure everything is perfect for you! I highly recommend the 90 min experience you feel stressless and perfectly still for the whole time, Sarah does an amazing job in every aspect of the treatment. I will definitely be back in the future!

My Asmr treatment was incredible. Firstly Sarah is so friendly and makes you feel at home instantly, and the room is very relaxing. I had tingles galore - and just when I thought I was relaxed I went into an even deeper state of relaxation. I recommend the 90min treatment as you really can enjoy not having to think about time and properly relax. Thank you Sarah. X

I travelled 3hrs for this amazing treatment with Sarah. Before the treatment she asks about favourite triggers to create a bespoke plan and can advise which package to go for. On arrival Sarah is so incredibly welcoming and the atmosphere is absolute zen! The only word to describe the treatment is blissful! I travelled over 2 hours from London to get to Shhiva. Sarah, the owner was absolutely brilliant. Super professional, kind, accommodating and such a pleasure to meet.

It’s a shame that Sarah doesn’t have anything closer to me but I’m excited for her to hopefully expand on this career as I believe ASMR is getting more and more popular. I hope to pay another visit in the new year.

Absolutely brilliant! I have been an asmr fan for many years but have never had an in-person asmr experience. Sarah is the perfect person to have your first asmr massage with. She is so kind, gentle, and takes her time to prepare you for a lovely visit. I felt so comfortable with her instantly. So, so glad I booked with her!

I’ve heard a lot about ASMR and was excited to find a local therapist who specialises in treatments of this kind. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Sarah explained the main areas she would work in but part of the experience was not knowing what was going to happen which left me feeling excited and full of shivers. I will definitely be booking a further treatment and recommend this to anyone looking for a total body relaxing experience with a difference.

I didn't know what I liked as it was my first time having an ASMR massage so she tried a variation of techniques and they were all wonderful!

I will definitely be going back even thought it's quite a drive for me it was worth it!
