ASM are a brilliant team of people, from start to finish the service has been professional, efficient and friendly - Kerry deserves a special mention as does the gentleman who removed the car this morning - many thanks to you both , I would definitely recommend this company

After a very disappointing experience with another salvage company, I turned to ASM Auto Recycling, kings Langley depot and the difference was honestly night and day.

Having previously been messed around with missed collections and poor communication elsewhere, I was understandably cautious. However, ASM completely restored my confidence from the start. The team were friendly, clear, and professional, and most importantly, they did exactly what they said they would do.

Collection was arranged smoothly, I received the promised call ahead of arrival, and they turned up on time without any issues. The driver, Chris, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, and made the whole process feel easy and well-handled.

What really stood out was the reliability and level of customer care, which made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ASM to anyone needing a vehicle collected. A genuinely professional and dependable service.

I asked for a part on Saturday, got a response on Monday, arranged for collection on the same day and received the part on Tuesday. I was able to pay the driver, so I knew it was the right part, not a scam and that the part would fit. The driver phoned half an hour before the delivery to make sure it was OK, all as arranged. The website was easy to use for ordering and I simply cannot fault anything in the whole affair at all. How lovely to find competence, efficiency and good service in a company these days. One to remember!

Called ASM and was answered by Tracey. Was not sure what to do but she helped me through the process. Also answered a couple of things I was not sure about.
Was most impressed by her politeness and very helpful. Would say she is a credit to the company. Would highly recommend ASM to anyone. Check my bank account and the money was there in 24 hours. What a great service. Big thank you.

In my opinion I won't recommend this site. Long shot story they had an engine for sale i purchased it then they cancelled the transaction because the engine was spare or repair. Then they told me I could have it cheaper. Engine purchased garbage scrap worthless i got SCAMED. £1512 IN THE BIN. They don't take responsibility because was sold spare or repair even why they failed to tell me the engine block has a crack and turbo and other bits was badly damaged. I wont bay anymore.

Ordered part for my car on Thursday morning got part friday morning. They said we will call u back about the part to make sure its the right 1 and within 10 minutes had the call and paid for it. Thank you

Dealt with Rob at ASM Car Breakers and honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Last Wednesday he confirmed they had the part I needed and told me to wait until Monday so they could remove it. I waited patiently all week, called again this morning at 8am, and he said they were about to take it off the car. A few hours later, I get told they don’t even have the part!

Total waste of time, zero communication, and completely unreliable. I could’ve sourced the part elsewhere days ago. If you value your time, avoid dealing with ASM — especially Rob.

Been buying cars from here for a year or so I find them so much better than other salvage sites very polite and very helpful cars always as they say they are not like other companies near the coast

Very impressed with all aspects of my transaction with this company. Urgently needed a wing mirror for my 2005 Mini as existing one had been destroyed in an encounter with another vehicle and I couldn't use the car. Found one on Ebay with ASM, not only was it considerably cheaper than any others for sale but it was also delivered free and they offered to accept return if not suitable. I was amazed at the condition of the mirror, it looked almost new despite being from a Mini 2 years older than mine. It came extremely well packaged and I have now fitted it and am back on the road! Thank you ASM!

Incredible fees and on top of it the site charge. Description is very appalling and in a cheating manner, avoiding to write serious issues deliberately. Most of the descriptions are written in very poor English by poor educated staff. Misleading information.

Phillippa on the online chat service was so helpful and I got all the answers I needed within couple of minutes. Nice to talk to a human and not a robot to get the fastest answers!

Highly recommend. Great customer service via phone and during collection. Was a bit wary that I had to wait for payment by 5PM but received the money same day at 5PM.

Very efficient service indeed. From start to finish I received prompt replies via email, even from a representative on holiday! The collection was at the time advised and I was paid the next day. All ran very smoothly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely blown away by how nice these guys are. From Tracey on the phone who talked me through everything (I had no idea what I was doing), to the lovely chap who's just collected my car. Helpful, polite, and above all - kind. Something you rarely encounter these days. Super efficient too. Can't fault them and would 100% recommend.
