I have just received communication from ask the answer. My card should not be charged as my reading didn't materialise. I have been advised to keep an eye on my bank account. Should there be any issues, to make contact with them again. Now I have received a response, I feel a little more hopeful that this issue will be sorted out.

I've been using ASK for over 5years now and the readers are spot on. Scary how many of the readers are so accurate and can see things that have happened and are going to happen. They are kind, friendly and compassionate.tjough with alot of the popular readers, you do have to queue and wait for a call back. I would readily recommend them. Found the site easy to navigate and I could select a reader from their Bio and find someone who resonated with me.
I've had several readings and Instant message readings.
I've always felt the reader connected well with me and had empathy.
I have used other sites and I prefer this site as the readers are caring and alot of accurate information they relay to me

Had quite a few readings seeing if predictions come true.2 recent readings .Sara dates mentioned nothing happened.and prediction didn't happen like she said.nice person.other was honesty absolute rubbish but nice person.will review others as I go .

All very different readers and pricing for their service but each offering me something individual and helpful that has supported me with some very difficult life situations. I use each readers service as I require at the time and, combined they have made some real predictions that have come true and pulled me through some very tough life situations with their guidance, advice and support. Ask The answer is a site unlike others I have used, with the differing prices for different readers, also the fact that you can queue and wait for a reader till they are free. It works for me, now that I know which of the readers I can connect with. I love this site and the readers I connect with. You may not connect with everyone on the site but be selective and pick the ones that resonate with you.

They tell you it is a self employed role, then say you have to hit so many calls and hit a target , not including chat or email... with the pay band you have chosen. After a year of working on there I know that would not be possible for everyone (as it claims it is a self employed site ) They have a very uncaring attitude, I would not recommend for reader and advisior.

What I love about Ask the Answer is how genuine the readers are. They are chosen for their skills and talents as intuitives. Readers are looked after with support and training and the company give great flexibility for working hours and your individual circumstances, so you can really make it what you want as a career with the company. I would definitely recommend them to work for and as a client for readings. You know you are getting the top readers in the UK and abroad.

I don't have psychic readings often. I do treat myself to a couple around Christmas to new year, usually about 15-20 minutes for each one.

I've used another cheaper site and it was overall okay ish, but Ask The Answer is without doubt by far the superior quality option in my limited experience.

I always buy credits first, so that I know exactly what I'm spending in advance before the calls. On this site it's great as it enables me to try different psychics without committing to a whole 20 minute reading as I've seen another psychic call site do.

I joined their Purple Hearts members & I have to say, they're doing great offers for purchasing credits this December. I got 50% free. Okay the credits available on the offers aren't huge but great for me. I got £20 worth for £10.

The more well known psychics are more expensive. Usually by a considerable amount. But then many of these are more well known, so I don't think their higher charges are unreasonable. Especially as the price is the same at all hours they're online, including late night & early morning hours.

I've had 1 reading with one of their most expensive psychic mediums & he was lovely. So fast, no faffing to waste minutes at all. Straight in with lots of specific & relevant info. I only needed 10 minutes with him and I was so happy afterwards. £20 well spent for me. He was so calming & supportive too.

I've also had a couple of readings with their most reasonably priced psychics. One a year ago and another yesterday.

Both ladies were great. The American lady I had a reading with yesterday was superb. Again, very on point, fast, kind and lovely. She also told me specifically about something unusual I had very recently watched on TV as a validation. Amazing reading with her.

I really feel sorry for others here who haven't had the same positive experience that I have with Ask The Answer.

I can only speak about my own experience with this company. Granted I don't have many readings yearly, but every time I've used their site I can't fault it.

& a fantastic feature that I only realised yesterday, is that if you're a purple hearts member of theirs & I pre paid for my reading, you can listen back to your readings for about a month absolutely free! That's such a great addition and enables me to download my actual readings too. Great for digesting every aspect of the reading & uplifting in these dark winter long nights to have repeated listens of it whenever I want to.

I think many of the more reasonably priced psychics are only cheaper because they've not been on tv or radio. So they're not as well known. I found the lady I had yesterday equally as good as anyone else, irrespective of price.

The reading I had yesterday was for me an absolute bargain & still would have been without the 50% off.

My advice to anyone is that it's your money per minute & if you're not happy for any reason with your chosen psychic, hang up immediately. Fortunately I've not had to do this with any of the 3 I've had readings with via this site. They've all been great.

I’ve used this web site a few times I recently had a reading with Ali she had 5/5 reviews …. My reading was really so wrong I’m not sure how she had such amazing reviews
I do know as ATA make sure only certain readers get clients and you can’t leave negative ones - I’m now not using them again Readings dint arrive you have to contact them and 9/10 are obviously googling you as info is basic thru give over anyone can find online. Now he is asking for more evidence - which I have I paid £18 for a generic reading you can get free on tarot sites

Unethical, immoral company and owners. I informed them that a reader had told me that bad things were coming and i had to get out of the house asap and that the universe wouldn't put it off!!! I was told that the police would be involved too, yet when I reported this reader the owners dismissed it, wouldnt refund me, and felt no malpractice had occurred...absolutely shocking...it made me a nervous wreck for months and took its toll on me...this site needs shutting down now...people ring for help and guidance in their hour of need...not to be robbed and made to feel.in fear of their safety like I did.

MISSED CALL. POSTMAN CAME, TRIED TO CALL HELP LINE AND NO ONE ANSERES AND ALSO EMAIL SAME. HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY TOOK MY MONEY BEFORE I COULD PICK UP MY PHONE / NOT ACCEPTABLE THIS COMPANY NEEDS REPORTING, THEY STATE NO MONEY WILL LEAVE YOUR ACCOUNT UNTIL YOU SPEAK TO A READER. THIS IS DISINFORMATION, THEREFORE ILEGAL, I SPOKE TO NO ONE. I ASKED FOR A RFEUND NICELY OR BOOK ME IN ASAP TO THE READER. NO RESPONSE . I WILL WAIT TO HEAR OR I SHALL HEAD TO THE OMBUDSMAN, THIS IS SCAMMING PEOPLE, AS I SEE ON OTHER REVIWS THEY HAD THIS HAPPEN TO THEM
