Ashwood Solicitors Limited Anmeldelser

I recently had need of some immigration / visa advice and was informed that Ashford Solicitors are a reputable company.
I contacted them, gave a brief outline of my enquiry and was advised I would get a call back that day before 5pm.

I appreciate they were very busy and the call back was later than advised but they still got back to me that day .

I spoke to Masoud who was friendly polite and professional. He gave me his advice on the phone and then followed it up with a message out lining what we had discussed the following day.

I believe they handled my enquiry in a friendly professional timely manner .

I recently had the opportunity to engage with Ashwood Solicitors, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From my first interaction with Masoud, it was clear that I was dealing with a professional who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares about his clients' needs.

The responsiveness of the team was impressive. Despite reaching out over the weekend, I received prompt and thoughtful attention to my inquiry. Masoud was a pleasure to speak with; he listened attentively and provided me with invaluable information that was both practical and easy to understand.

I was particularly impressed with the proactive advice given regarding the need for robust terms and conditions to prevent future issues. This forward-thinking approach is a testament to their expertise and commitment to not just resolving current issues but also preventing potential future problems.

Furthermore, the offer of additional support with Debt Recovery, if needed, was reassuring. It's clear that Ashwood Solicitors are not just about offering one-time solutions but are invested in their clients' long-term success and well-being.

Thank you, Masoud and the Ashwood Solicitors team, for your excellent service. It’s rare to find such dedication and professionalism, and I am grateful for your assistance.

I visited the office on a Saturday with the urgent need to have some papers attested by a Commissioner of Oath.

When I telephone Ashwood Solicitors, I spoke with Masoud, who made the exception to open up the office on a Saturday so he could help me.

Masoud went above and beyond with opening up the office on the day that it was closed, and then attesting my documents on such short notice.

I was also very pleased with the hospitality and kindness.

Thank you again!

After searching for some time for a solicitor to witness my affidavit, I came across Ashwood Solicitors. They seem to be one of the few legal practices in the area that offer this service.
My initial enquiry was responded to promptly by Masoud, who remained a reliable and constant point of contact throughout the process. I received clear information on how to proceed and the fee structure was communicated to me before the work was completed.
The team at Ashwood Solicitors were all welcoming and approachable and I felt at ease with them when I visited their offices.
From start to finish, they took the stress out of the situation and made a challenging task a much more pleasant experience. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of legal assistance.

I enquired about an issue and was called back within an hour or two. Helpful and friendly advice given, no selling or upselling. Plain English advice and signposting for further information. Will certainly be going back.

Very helpful and respectful is willing to go the extra mile at any cost for their clients.

I called up and spoke to Masoud about my leasehold property that I am having trouble with. Although it isn’t something they specialised in, Masoud was very helpful and brought a lot to light (very knowledgeable). In fairness pretty much gave me the answers I needed and helped to point me in the right direction. Masoud was very polite and unlike a lot of lawyer firms I have been in contact with, actually wanted to help. That to me speaks volumes! Thank you Masoud I would highly recommend your services to anyone.
