Sally was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and area.
She made us feel welcome and none of my questions were to much for her.

You did very well though your client lost out. We since got a lardlrod who understood our problem, as CCJs could be applied to anybody through various ways, and does not mean one is now treated like a murderer.
Anyway, we paid the landlord a full one year rent (£21, 250 ) upfront to trust us.
thank you for your effort, and please whisper to the land lord to slightly improve that property.

I had to force a viewing found them dishonest.
Stanley was very good the others were unhelpful.
Definitely wouldn’t go through them again.

Very bad service. Lost a property due to agent's inactivity/misinformation.
Conducted a viewing on Saturday, we took a liking to one of the houses. Agent showing us the property mentioned that it is her last day and if we want to rent the property we have to speak to the office on Monday (as she doesn't know much details not to mention that she showed up 20min late; very "I dont care attitude"). Sent an email on Sunday (2x - just so they can pick it up on Monday) called first thing on Monday (9am) that we want to put down holding deposit. Took my details and was told I will be called back. Called again 2 hours later - Took my details again, "The agent popped out out of the office, will call you back once she is back" Called again 1.5 hours after that "I think someone put down the deposit on the house just now, let me get your details and will call you back, I need to check". So essentially someone paid the deposit, while I was waiting for callback while I chased it 3x. (Was told they showed interest on Saturday but as agent told us to speak to the office on Monday, so we did)
Edit after reply:
- Information provided by your agent at the time was to contact the office on Monday.
- Despite showing interest we were not adviced that "Landord will operate first come - first serve" and that we need to act immediately. (In many instances landlors choose from aplicants.)
- If we were given full information we might have acted upon that.
- Being ingored for several hours and having to chase the office 4x (no callback received, no email reply) conveniently ignored in the below reply. As you mentioned in the reply, these properties are high interest and every minute counts yet no interest was shown from your side (considering you already had a tenant sorted replaying was not that urgent)
Bottom line, lesson learned. We will now be doing viewings with "checkbook" in hand.

Ashton Reeves have looked after my local property since 2018. I had previously had poor experience with 3 other agencies.
I've always been delighted with their polite and friendly service. The girls are efficient, hardworking and courteous and always respond immediately to any queries that I may have.
Best of all, whenever a tenant has moved out, AR have always found a replacement very quickly, so minimal void periods.
I pay for a Fully Managed service and I must say that their expertise and assistance has been very generous over the years.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with them and would whole heartily recommend them to any landlord.

Recently sold a flat for me, Ryan dealt with the sale, always on hand with any questions. Excellent support during these worrying times of Covid 19. Everything dealt with remotely and couldn’t recommend them enough. I have now decided to sell another flat through such was their service.
