We cannot thank Serena enough for her help in ensuring that we moved in the day we planned despite some delay in the process. Serena provided what we can call 'personalised service' helping out with ticking all the right boxes for us to move in.

We would highly recommend using Serena as your agent, she has helped us with absolutely anything we have needed with our move, she let me view the property the day I started looking for a new place and within a week and a half she had us moved in.
We had a problem with the gas box and Serena sorted it on her day off for us and made sure we was all set.
We couldn’t be more grateful.

In my opinion not professional. Reply to my email took 2days.
The representative of Aston Reeves was late and didn’t apologise, literally took 10minutes to look around, gave the valuation and left some paperwork and said to get in touch if I wanted them to put the house on the market then proceeded to sit outside my property for about 30 minutes in their car! I wouldn’t recommend them.

I am extremely sorry to hear your experience with Ashton Reeves was not up to our usual very high standards. As a company we want to understand and establish why this happened and as far as I can understand it was from a member of staff that is no longer with us and lost interest in their own professional standards. Clearly this is totally unacceptable and I want to apologise for the service you received from our ex-employee. This simply should not happen as we have hundreds of very happy and satisfied customers as our reviews read. If there is anything we can do to remedy the situation, please feel free to contact us. Time waster
Firstly they Cancelled viewing late as they forgot keys
Rebooked for next day not given any other option I drove 4 hours for the viewing for them not to attend
After us calling we found out that the house had been let the night before where we wernt even given an option for the evening
we were not informed a waste of petrol and time

Please let me explain why this situation occurred. When the viewing was cancelled it was not because we had forgotten the keys, it was simply the landlord had been unable to drop them off after needing our set of keys for some remedial works they were carrying out to the property and the builders went off with them. In regard to the renting of the property we give everyone an equal opportunity to see our properties and believe this is the fairest way to all concerned.

Unfortunately your first appointment was double booked in error by a trainee, we then tried on several occasions to contact via telephone, text and emails to try and re- book a convenient time and rectify the mistake made. We have also called you today to discuss further, but again no answer. We would be more than happy to book you in at a convenient time should you still wish to proceed. Once again we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

Lights fixed
My aim was to get the lights in the house (upstairs) fixed this month as this is an issue I have had for over 2 years.
I was very pleased with how everything was handled and the follow-up regarding a change in scheduled date.
