I ordered what I thought was leather brogues, but I received a plastic pair of shoes which has no resemblance to the image displayed. I’m just wondering how they are allowed to scam people and get away with this. I’m just looking at how to return them and receive reimbursement.

We have actually refunded the full amount as the shipment was lost in transit back then. Could you kindly confirm that the refund was received? It was processed on the 2nd of June as soon as we heard from you via email.

We see that the Order has been placed on the 13th of Oct, as per our shipping policy and as mentioned on product page's shipping & Returns section, our shoes are made to order and usually the whole process takes between 2-3 weeks which includes the delivery time, they should be arriving by next week Nov 8
Those shoes are in very high demand and were made to order, that is why they are taking longer than expected, they have been shipped and are currently on their way to customs to be checked and released to you USPS will update their tracking page as soon as that happens, we will contact our shipping partner to expedite the process
