Everything went smoothly, correct and on time. Communication was very good, always been kept in the loop and all work done to the high standard expected from Ashley Ann. All workmen were very polite, protected our new wood floor and left our kitchen clean after completion. I would highly recommend and well worth the extra money.

We have completed two new builds featuring Ashley Ann kitchens. While our first experience was fantastic, the level of customer service has significantly declined. Despite spending a substantial amount on additions for both properties—both pre- and post-sale—we were told that damage caused by a technician during a repair was within 'tolerance' by the Stirling branch.

After my concerns were dismissed, I was advised to contact Head Office. I filed a formal complaint on November 18th and received confirmation stating I would hear back within eight weeks. That deadline has passed, and I have had no response. The issues remain outstanding; Ashley Ann seriously needs to re-evaluate how they treat their returning customers."

Have used them before with no issues, but have gone downhill rapidly in Inverness,Terrible install, and not working correctly, fitters left a mess everywhere!
Contact local office who kept dodging calls and not calling back, put in an official complaint, and three weeks later still haven’t had any issues rectified.
Terrible customer service, and as you have to pay upfront left feeling deserted and having to get another fitter in at extra cost to fix their fxxxups.
Would not recommend at all.

Lorna, Bethany and Gemma at the Aberdeen showroom made the entire process straightforward and enjoyable. They were welcoming, patient, and genuinely keen to help, offering clear guidance and thoughtful suggestions without any pressure. Highly recommended.

We moved into our brand new house several years ago fitted wardrobe's, kitchen, etc by Ashley Ann. Recently we had cause to replace some handles and brackets. Contacted Ashley Ann, response was fantastic first class, couldn't be more helpful.

Our Ashley Ann kitchen is over 11 years old and still looks and works well. However, one of the doors was not closing properly due to a perceived hinge failure. I spoke to Bethany and subsequently Lorna at the Aberdeen branch via the telephone. Despite the fact that the branch was closing for the Xmas hols and the fact of our kitchen being 11+ years old, they were both extremely helpful and proactive. I sent photos of the door and hinges. They quickly sourced 2 hinges. As I said the branch was closing for the holiday and I could not collect them in time. They went to the bother of sending me a photo of where they had concealed the hinges in a packet outside their premises. I was able to pick up the packet the next day, and my kitchen door was quickly reinstated. As the kitchen was 11+ years old they could have shown little or no interest, but that was not the case. Many thanks Ashley Ann for a still good looking and fully functioning kitchen, and to Bethany and Lorna at the Aberdeen branch for going above and beyond. In due course I know where I will purchase my next kitchen!

We are currently renovating our flat and creating an open plan kitchen, so choosing the right kitchen company was really important to us. We visited four different companies, but none of them felt quite right. They didn’t really listen to what we wanted, and the designs just weren’t us.

From the moment we met Maria at Ashley Ann, the experience was completely different. Maria really took the time to listen to our ideas and needs and provided us with several different design options, rather than just one, and patiently refining them with us until we got the perfect layout that also suited our budget. The final design was exactly what we had envisioned and truly felt tailored to us.

During the installation, if we needed anything or if there were any small hiccups, Maria was always there to help and sorted everything very quickly, which gave us real peace of mind.

As part of the renovation, 168 Interiors relocated our front door, which created much more space in the kitchen and allowed us to include a large larder, which I am absolutely in love with! The team at 168 Interiors were extremely professional and accommodating to our needs throughout the process. They were also very clean, polite and friendly, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the service and the end result. The design and professionalism were outstanding, and we would highly recommend Ashley Ann (especially Maria) as well as 168 Interiors to anyone considering a home renovation.

We chose Ashley Ann to design and install our new bathroom as they came up with some really good ideas that were aligned to exactly what we were looking for. The tradesmen who carried out the installation were excellent and their attention to detail was first class. They always made sure that they asked us where we wanted certain items located before carrying out the work. Excellent service from start to finish.

Gemma was both helpful and her advice was great. although the order was not complete on delivery, it was quickly put right.

It was lovely to work with Heidi from the North Berwick branch, the whole process was so easy from choosing items to design. Heidi was very experienced and passionate about her job. We were kept up to date about everything and any questions were answered/solved very quickly. Lance and his team were great to work with. Lance checked with us every step of the way so that our bathroom was exactly how we wanted it. We are very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the finished room is fantastic. Would definitely use this company again and recommend highly.

Firstly, I want to say how happy I am with the workmanship from LGR Joinery, they were professional throughout, but my overall experience with Ashley Ann was very poor. Communication was inconsistent and at times unclear, misleading and often rude and standoffish. There was no final walkthrough once the work was completed. A fundamental design error caused delays and has left certain appliances/units not fitting correctly. This all resulted in avoidable stress, repeated rescheduling and a thoroughly poor experience. I would not use Ashley Ann again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

Really good product and great communication with our installer, which made the whole process really easy. Thanks to Ursula for being so helpful.

Had a few issues that took a bit of time to resolve but overall we are satisfied. In the end Ashley Ann addressed our issues to the best of their ability. Their customer service was quick to respond to my previous review and all involved were cordial throughout the process. My advice to others - be patient as they get really busy and their contractors seem to be in high demand. Also, follow up on issues despite the timeline. They are true to their word and won’t forget about you.

This is the second kitchen we have bought from Ashley Ann ( previously English interiors, LeekBrook) Nothing wrong with the first kitchen; we moved house and looked at other kitchen suppliers and they just didn’t measure up to the quality and choice.
Emma could not have been more helpful, I’m not easy to please and changed my mind over colour and accessories numerous times, but Emma was so patient and understanding and Shaun fitted it so expertly and efficiently. Now we have a beautiful kitchen exactly how we wanted it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ashley Ann 5*

Outstanding from start to finish.
Heidi Denholm from the North Berwick branch was our designer. She understood our need for change due to my husband's mobility issues. She had the perfect design ready in a couple of days and arranged for us to come in and see it. We were blown away! She helped guide us with suggestions and listened to what we wanted and what would work well.
Lance was our fitter and he was tremendous, such a hard worker. He checked in with me as the project progressed to ensure I was happy and asked me where I'd like mirrors etc to go. He's a diamond.
Sadly, my husband passed away during the installation and everyone at Ashley Ann couldn't have been more supportive, compassionate and understanding.
5 star people delivering a 5 star service, going above and beyond expectations during a difficult time.
Can't recommend highly enough.
