Ordered a jacket which turned up after considerable delay and turned out to be completely undersized. Tried to return it only for the company to offer 20% and keep the jacket. I think give reason for return was their fault they should offer 100%. Still arguing with them weeks in.
I personally think this is a from for Chinese seller since the website disagrees with the Linkedin info.
Lesson never order off Linkedin.

Again, 1 star is too much for them. Just contacted my credit card for a refund and I suggest everyone does the same. I didn’t believe it was a scam as I checked the website and although a little basic, it looked legitimate. I can now see the website doesn’t exist.

I have to come up with a case/ reason to return the goods but honestly I wouldn’t leave the house wearing the jacket even if it did fit. So frustrated

Absolutely rubbish company and rubbish goods I have been waiting nearly two months for my refund they have lied and lied telling me they have processed my refund but no money goes into my bank

A flimsy jacket arrived with sleeves that were far too short. I asked to return it. Initially ‘Emily’ told me they couldn’t give me the address. Then she told me their return depot was in the Netherlands which was fine as I was going there that week by co incidence. They couldn’t give me that address either. She offered a 10% refund and I could keep the jacket. I refused. Then it was a 35% refund which I accepted but of course it has never turned up. They blame my bank’s internal processing but it’s been over 21 working days so I am resigned to not getting my money. I tried to complain to Shopify who host their page but they are impossible to contact. Just beware of both of them.

Yes, a scam company with zero return policy for a missold shirt. After numerous emails & returning to the supply depot I was told it was untraceable and offered a 20% refund. A joke.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I’ve put 1 star because there isn’t an opportunity to put none. The seller is fake and the goods I ordered were nothing like the photo, nothing like the size I ordered, also, took over a month to be delivered. On complaining about this to the seller they offer a 20% refund! I refused and they basically then offer you a 50% off, which, if you don’t take it, they make you pay to send to the Netherlands which costs around 50% of the price of the item. And “Emily” who deals with the email correspondence, has zero clue of UK trading standards and regulations!

This so called "company" IS A DISGRACE!. AVOID. Utter rubbish, returns policy a complete JOKE

1 star is too much for this company ! The clothing ordered was cheap tat from China ! Terrible quality and smelled funny - tried to get a refund but no information supplied online and no paperwork supplied with order! Emails are like at least a week apart - sent parcel back to the address on the label and ‘Emily’ has now replied after being provided with proof of purchase saying they can’t find it so no refund. I am going down the credit card refund route - how is this allowed?

Absolute garbage. Terrible quality. Lots of emailing trying to get a refund. Still waiting…

I wish I had read trust pilot reviews 1st. This is a scam company. Once you pay they ensure you cannot contact them. Dreadful products. I wish I could have given 0 score.

My experience with this Company. Do not BUY. If you are not happy with the product , you will not get a refund. I gave 1 star but i would give it a no star.

One star is too many for this website. The whole enterprise is one big lie from beginning to end. Just recently they seem to have set up a password protected firewall. I read that as them banking their fraudulent earnings before moving on. And moving on they are. They have reopened as William Leigh. The same clothes, the same photography, the same lies about being good authentic English quality.

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. Terrible quality, nothing like as advertised. Practically impossible to get a refund. No responses to emails.

If only you could score zero stars. Oh how I wish I hadn’t been stupid and not read these reviews before I parted with my money! Same experience as everyone else on here, scam company proporting to be an English family run business from Oxford….total rubbish. Cheap nasty clothing, non existent customer service, I gave in to the 20% refund in the end, but I doubt it will ever turn up in my account. Is there no way we can stop these guys!!

MY ITRM WAS DESCRIBED AS PREMIUM LEATHER. WHAT I GOT WAS 100% FAKE LEATHER THAT LOOKS CHEAP AND PLASTIC.

I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THEM TO REQUEST THE ADDRESS TO RETURN TO AS THEIR WEBSITE DOES NIT STATE THIS AND DIRECTED ME TO EMAILING THEM. FOR THE LAST MONTH THEY HAVE COME BACK WITH CONSTANT COUNTER OFFERS EG. 25% REFUND BECAUSE COST OF RETURN TO NETHERLANDS CAN BE EXPENSIVE. IVE CONSTANTLY REPLIED ASKING FOR A RETURN ADDRESS AND REFUND IN FULL. I GET DAYS GO BY WITH NO RESPONSE THRN THEY COME BACK AND OFFER 35% REFUND.

IM LITERALLY FUMING AND FED UP OF THEIR DELAY TACTICS. THEYLL NO DOUBT TELL ME MY 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY IS NOW UP AND NO REFUND.

the products are not made in the UK, because they just do not arrive, the telephone number is unavailable, they do not reply to emails and their website has mysteriously disappeared, i suspect a new one will appear with a slightly different name!

This is a scam and the company is using false advertising. The item I ordered was shipped from China and the quality was extremely poor, cheap material, buttons and zip, stitching losse and uneven, no brand tag. The jacket is put together so badly I don’t think i could give it away.
No full refunds are offered once the company do reply only a partial (20%).
