Promptness of service
Promptness of service. Attention when required is almost always by the same engineer who knows the installation thoroughly over many years. This has enabled confidence to have been built up. Also, having a succession of appliances over the years and the build-up of experience in the firm over that time means I now have a better appliance in every way than any previous one. I wish the call-out fees were not so high. The reason I am not in the lowest-priced zone is because when I first became a customer there were far fewer firms doing this kind of work, but I have stayed with you rather than changing to a firm that might be nearer and less expensive. So something like a 'loyalty discount' would be welcome. Because of your consistent experience with my installation the occasional call-out, although urgent at the time, does not often involve much work. Alternatively an annual service plan at a lower price than the callout fee would encourage the continuity which is the main strength of our relationship.
