Purchased 4 new tyres from them and paid £40 insurance, we have been on holiday and came back to find email saying as tyes weren't registered within 14 days my insurance is non refundable and void, why should I have to register tyres with a company I have just bought them from, a complete waste of money and set for a scam, will not buy from them again and will not recommend them.

I booked and paid for a set of tyres from Asda, via my local F1 Autocentre. I was given a time slot for the next day and duly arrived, only to be told that Asda had failed to push the booking to F1's system and that I would have to wait another three days to have my tyres fitted. Oncalling Asda's customer service number, I proceeded to have a conversation with an astonishingly rude and belligerent call handler who must have been modeling herself on Karoline Leavitt. I even had to point out that the call was being recorded in the hope that her defensive tirade, blaming F1 Autocentre might stop, it didn't and I was forced to end the call. I spent many years as consulting Service Architect some of the UK's leading institutions. This call would have been a perfect training aid in how not to conduct a customer service interaction. My advice would be to avoid Asda tyres at all costs and book direct with a local service.

Went with this company as could get the tyres fitted on our drive and on the day we really needed them doing. But, this did not happen, trying to do any sort of online chat, emails etc is just pointless. Managed to speak to someone the day after the scheduled date bearing in mind I paid £36.00 to have the luxury to have them fitted on my drive for them to tell me I would have to take it up with the fitter but we didn't pay the fitter we paid you ASDA!

1st Garage would not complete agreed order time.
2nd tyres arrived described unfit for purpuse the noise dampening foam inside drenched.
3rd the garage removed my tyres and scratched my alloy generally wasted alot of time probally to bill asda tyres.
4th asada tyres took no responsibility for poorly delivered product the customer service team are passive aggressive (the no speek to manager policy makes it impossible to resolve )
5th spend a couple more quid get peace of mind and don't loose 3 days of your holiday with a car that has a flat sat on your drive.
6 when you use asda tyres expect the fitting garage to be frustrated and provide a sub standard service as they do not consider you a customer which impacts your customer care and quality of service.

Extremely disappointing service from ASDA Tyres.

I ordered two tyres on Tuesday 3rd March with a fitting appointment booked for Friday 6th March. I arrived at the garage at the scheduled time, only to be told—after my existing tyres had already been removed—that ASDA Tyres had failed to deliver the tyres I ordered.

After waiting more than 15 minutes to speak with customer services, I was told an email had been sent advising the tyres were delayed until Wednesday 11th March. I checked my inbox, junk and deleted folders thoroughly and no such email was received.

What was most frustrating was the lack of concern shown by the customer service representative. The only solution offered was a refund after I explained how unhappy I was. Being left at a garage with my tyres already removed and no replacement tyres available is completely unacceptable.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using ASDA Tyres. If something goes wrong with your order, you may find yourself in the same situation — stranded at a garage with no tyres and no support.

Worst customer service ever. I would never use them again. They offered a date for fitting while selling the tyres and short after the fitter contacted me saying that they did not have availability until two days later. When contacted Customer Service the only solution offered was to cancel the order unless I accepted to get the tyre fitted when they said so. Careless and rude customer service.

The reason this site can offer the cheapest tyres is because they run a mail order company. The actual fitters are not incentivised to offer timely service Asda Tyres customer service hides behind this fact in their poor support post paying for the tyres
Do yourself a favour and go to a local tyre shop. I know I will next time

Tyre prices are excellent, but customer service is not.
Ordered four Michelin tyres and although I had email confirmation of my order and fitting time etc, when I arrived at my designated garage, the tyres had not been delivered.
The garage said that this wasn't the first time when Asda tyres were the supplier.
I telephoned Asda tyres to complain that I had taken a day off to have them fitted, their response was for me to read the T&C's - they didn't care at all.
Five days on from this debacle, I am still waiting on my refund so had to chase it. Once again I was quoted the T&C's and that the refund could take up to 14 days - their attitude was the same, they didn't care!
AVOID at all costs!!

Smooth experience – just one small tip!

Ordered a set of Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 (225/40R19 93Y XL) on 24/02 with a fitting date booked for 26/02 – so a very quick turnaround. The tyres arrived on time and, importantly, they were fresh stock with a recent manufacture date, which isn't always the case when you order online elsewhere.

The only minor hiccup was that the fitting garage hadn't been notified about my booking, so I'd strongly recommend giving them a quick ring after you've placed your order just to confirm the appointment is in their system. In my case it was sorted within 10 minutes, so no real drama at all.

Overall, great price, genuine brand-new tyres, and a hassle-free fitting once everything was confirmed. Would happily use Asda Tyres again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. 👍

So called tyre fitter jacked my caravan up with legs still down put the jack straight onto the chassis to lift the caravan.
Damaged the wheel arch while removing the wheel told me that the wheels dont need balancing and when i insisted on it he failed to do it properly.
Asked him if he was going to torque the wheels back on he said i dont have a torque wrench FFS
Said his torque gun was set at 90nm alloy wheels should be 130nm on caravan .
Set tyre pressure at 50psi when it clearly states on plate on the caravan 65psi.

Tyres confirmed and fitting date and time confirmed, rang the fitters to double check and there had been no engagement from asda and the fitter kindly pointed out that Asda had been told there were no appointments that week, complete waste of time, and to top it of i then have to chase the refund, quick to take the money, don't deliver the service nor do they refund the money in good time.

Useless waste of time. Ordered tyres to be fitted, and then they cancelled before saying they didn’t have the tyre. No solution, short notice cancellation from them. Really frustrating. I complianced and they just said it’s within there small print that they can do that. Overall I wouldn’t consider using them again even if they were cheaper. Also took a while for a refund to eventually arrive.

Absolute disgrace. There was no problem taking the money out of my account. I waited in from 8.30am and they didn't turn up. There were no messages from fitter about time of arrival as promised No way of contacting them, phone rang out and emails ignored.
I eventually managed to communicate with them through online chat messages. There were no apologies but said they would get back to me. However I told them to cancel and return my money which they did but £40 less than I I paid. Guess what I can't contact them.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR DELIVERY DELAYS – my tyres did not arrive and was not reimbursed for the additional cost of tyres I was forced to purchase. Really poor customer service - avoid Asda Tyres!

I ordered two front tyres well in advance and received confirmation that they would be delivered to the partner garage in time for my 12pm fitting appointment. When I arrived, I was kept waiting for around 90 minutes before being informed that the tyres had not been delivered.
As I had work shortly afterwards, I was forced to purchase alternative tyres directly from the garage at an additional cost of £30 and was late for work as a result.
When I raised a complaint, I was told that Asda Tyres are not liable for their deliveries, under their terms and conditions, and therefore do not accept responsibility for delays in tyres arriving at partner garages. Customers book and pay through Asda Tyres in good faith based on confirmed delivery and fitting arrangements, yet responsibility was strongly shifted to their mail order delivery service. I was advised this would be raised with them, but only after I had to repeatedly prompt them to do so.
The garage also advised that this is not the first time this has happened with Asda Tyres deliveries, which suggests this has been an ongoing issue that has failed to be addressed already.
After being repeatedly told nothing could be done to reimburse the additional cost and only following extensive contact was I then only offered a £20 Asda voucher as “a gesture of goodwill”. This didn’t cover the £30 additional cost I was forced to pay or resolve the financial loss caused by this issue. This is not treating customers fairly.
This experience has left me out of pocket, inconvenienced, and dissatisfied with how the matter has been handled. I would not order from Asda Tyres again.

Very disappointing experience with ASDA Tyres.

I booked a confirmed tyre fitting appointment at one of their partner garages and attended within the allocated time slot, only to find the garage closed.

This was a safety-related tyre replacement, and I had already taken half a day of annual leave specifically for the appointment. That leave was wasted. I then had to rearrange another garage a few days later and take further time off work again.

What was most frustrating was the lack of certainty about when the fitting would actually take place and whether the booking was secure.

When booking through a well-known national brand, I expect reliability, proper coordination with partner garages, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience caused inconvenience, delay, and unnecessary stress.

I hope ASDA Tyres improves its management of partner garages to prevent this happening to other customers.

Asda tyres are by far cheaper than most, however the insurance on tyres is something to be aware of, I didn't know about activating I assumed the payment was in its self an activation, however, even though I paid for the insurance on two tyres this is not being honoured, when I had the tyres fitted 2 week yesterday I was told that the policy should have been acknowledged but only when I activated it! I wasn't aware, I asked for some grace on the matter as this was overlooked. Demi was very cut and shut about it, policy not active, wouldn't give grace to the situation won't give me a refund either, pretty much said tuff!!!
Emma also customer service joined my chat and ignored all my messages.
Turns out have to take pictures of dots on the tyre, not great experience for insurance lost out on money I don't have to waste on nothing, poor service the insurance when bought with tyres should be honoured not messing about taking pictures and sending them, ridiculous way to do things.

Buyer beware!
Booked tyres to be fitted on a specific date and time, with Asda tyres.
Received a very helpful call from the garage the morning of to say tyres had not arrived for the fitting time.
Called Asda tyres who did not even let me know of the delay (bearing in mind it was them whom I paid).
The best Asda tyres could do was to try and get hold of the tyre procurer - email was sent and here I am still awaiting a response passed the agreed fitting time as they did not even have a telephone number of their own supply chain.
Really, really appalling and I will never be using Asda Tyres again.
Still now awaiting a response from them. They’ve had our money but not delivered in any way shape or form.

Do Not waste your time with Asda tyres, spend a few pounds extra knowing that your tyre will be fitted when you want them fitted.
I bought two new tyres on a Thursday being told that they would be fitted on the following day, the Friday.
As soon as I paid my £260 I had a phone call from the nominated tyre fitters saying my tyres could not be fitted until the following Wednesday.
So, why are Asda tyres misleading people as to when the tyres will be fitted, misleading and conning people out of their money, then not fulfilling their promise about fitting time.
Never again, will I ever use Asda Tyres, charleton, criminals.
Do not bother wasting my time by contacting me because you have already emailed me to say I should have read your T&C's. I only wanted to buy two tyres.
Not to mention the rude manager at F1 Autocentre, Cheltenham, who decided to treat me like a second rate citizen because I bought my tyres at Asda tyres and not direct from F1.
Unbelievable!!!!!! He caused me to be late picking up my 18 year old daughter from Birmingham, over one hour she was alone waiting for my wife and I.
Anyway, gone has the customer service, especially dealing with the above two companies.
They can shove their tyres and their tyre fitting service as there will not be a next time.
DO NOT USE ASDA TYRES IF YOU DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING MESSED AROUND.

Contacted me 46 hours before my tyres were due to be fitted to tell me they could not supply them.
I asked for my second choice which was an additional £55.36. (on top of £547.96) I was then informed that this would push my fitting date out, which would mean I would have to reschedule work. I asked if they would cover the additional cost for my inconvenience and was refused. I've been inconvenienced enough without you trying to rectify the problem.
The fault is all ASDA's and the cost and time wasted would be for me to shoulder.
I saw no reason to continue with this order and asked for a refund immediately.
Was then emailed to be told a refund could take up to 6 working days.
So, took my money for something they could not supply.
Do not recommend.

Ordering tyres and giving them money - super easy and quick - after that is where it all goes wrong.
Drove 5 miles to their nearest fitters who did'nt know anything about it, had no availability and would do their customers first over Asda tyres anyway. Told to go away and talk to Asda. Not the fitters problem.
Tried to call Asda but no phone response. Once you leave the fitters they wont answer your calls either.
Tried to chat - got a message we are busy answering calls try again later - blooming cheek!
The raise a ticket Message went into a void. two days later , still awaiting a call back, or email; but nothing. just had a how did we do email... No stars wasn't an option.
Im left with no tyre and a 10 mile petrol bill and they have my money!
