I gave four stars because overall everything is great the membership, the benefits the access to online platforms. The one thing I don’t like is that you have to set up an entire new policy if you lapse a payment by accident instead of just staying with the same policy.

Sadly,
One of the features we liked was the free access to PocketSuite, but when we were denied processing, we went somewhere else, as we needed everything to flow together, from the booking and scheduling, to services, to the billing to the payment.
On the plus side, we haven't had to use the insurance yet, so I can't comment on that.

We did want to clarify one thing for anyone reading: payment processing eligibility through PocketSuite is determined by Stripe, their payment processor, and falls outside of ASCP's control.
