A.S, Bikes are always ready to help, very approachable and flexible they attend many shows throughout the year and usually bring along a full workshop to make repairs/changes to customers bikes on the spot. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an electric bike.

Didn't buy my AS Tricycle directly from the company as it is second hand. But I wanted to buy a new battery, so after contacting them I went to collect it. Sam was very helpful and pleasant. She even gave us a demonstration on how to fold and unfold the trike. I feel confident that any problems that may arise with my trike would be sorted promptly and efficiently. Have to also say, I've had three trikes and this is the most superior of them all. The design is amazing and it feels so sturdy and safe. Can't wait to get out on it.

A friend had an issue where the prop-shaft of his (older) Electrotrike came apart. I contacted A.S. Bikes for spares and couldn't have been happier with the response. New parts to an up-rated design were despatched same-day and FOC. Great service A.S.Bikes!

What a brilliant product, we bought the Electromobi scooter from the Western Motorhome show. The buggy was delivered the day after we arrived home, excellent service.
Took the buggy on holibobs to Bulgaria, via National Express coaches and British Airways, no problem.

Well what can I say. I purchased a new mobility scooter from AS Bikes it’s got to be over 2 years ago. My scooter has been a lifeline for me whilst awaiting 2 new knees so that I can still enjoy days out and shopping trips. Obviously the seat pad is now a little worn and my husband broke the battery charge indicator accidentally whilst loading the scooter into our boot, so that got taped back on with electrical tape. Other than that we have been on lots of holidays and days out so lots and lots of miles covered.
This week we visited a car boot and bumped into the AS Bike family who sold us the scooter originally. We were saying what a fantastic scooter it was but they noticed that my seat pad had worn and that my battery indicator which apparently is actually connected with the throttle was taped together. Straight away they told me to email them with my postal address and they will send the spare parts through the post or we could go visit them and they will fit them for us. But did say they are so easy to fit yourself. Well today the parts arrived. We fitted then straight away and yes very easy to fit ourselves. My scooter is now like brand new. Thank you AS Bikes for caring about your existing customers and ensuring my scooter is in as good a condition as when I first purchased it. Cannot recommend this company enough

Peter and his family really know how to look after their customers.
Our 15 year old bikes are well used and have been very reliable. Only on our second battery.
A recent intermittent electrical fault was quickly repaired by Sam on site at Malvern Motorhome Show, who refused to take any payment, even for the replacement part. 
No hesitation in recommending this business.

Advice was very prompt and dealt directly with the issue I raised. Would use them again and happy to recommend them.

What a super company AS Bikes are, bought two folding electro bikes a year ago and both have been faultless, popped them back at a recent show and they were serviced FOC, payment offered but declined, just go and enjoy your bikes was the response.
If in doubt don't be, these guys are a genuine family company where service with a smile comes as standard.

Everything about the assistance I have been given suggests that 5* is inadequate, their advice is readily offered and unfailingly accurate, it’s like they are sitting on my shoulder guiding me.

I have been with AS Bikes for 14 years now, and still have my original electric bike. Needed some new pedals, and following a phone call they were put in the post free of charge. What better service can you ask for?

I have used ASbikes several times and always been delighted with the experience. The level of efficiency and helpful friendly service is outstanding.

Absolutely love my new mobility scooter - it opens and closes so easily - I've been enjoying being able to go over all sorts of terrain - I used it around IKEA the other day - it was great fun - I managed to get to about 90% off the displays - I've needed to to contact customer services a couple of times with teething problems - but they have assisted me really quickly to sort them out to my satisfaction - would thoroughly recommend this company

Just like to say a big thank-you to Peter and Sam. This family run business deserves an award for their services, dropped my bike off at the Norwich motorhome show for repair and it has been returned by courier all repaired and working as new which is good as its about 7 years old and used a lot. Also worth mentioning they didn't ask for a penny for their services and that's unusual this day and age.

Well where can I start August 2024 we purchased two folding electric bikes that we are extremeley pleased with then in November my husband was no longer able to use the bike so we returned to this amazing family and purchased an electric Wheelchair, which at this point they offered to take back one of the bikes but we declined as we wanted to continue to use it, if not for ourselves but our family.
We then had a part break not the fault of the company my husband dropped the battery onto it handle.
I emailed them and without any explanation they posted a replacement and would not charge us.
They are just an amazing family team and nothing is too much trouble for them. well done to you all and Thank you x

Really can’t recommend this family run business highly enough. They always go the extra mile, with a smile on their faces and nothing is too much bother.

Bought a bike and trike back in 2022 and have had excellent after sales help and service at no extra cost, would highly recommend….. the bikes are great too😀!
