It was fast and simple
I can't judge whether the results are accurate. But, the kit arrived quickly. It was a simple process to follow, and the instructions were clear, and the response from the lab was very prompt. The result was what I was expecting, so I don't believe then to be correct.

Excellent diagnosis- questionable postage
The service delivered the results that were needed.
I had to pay the postage as the Evri interface did not recongnise the code.
Evri took 3 days to deliver the package and I had a hack on the service.

The contents of the kit contained everything you need to safely carry out a sample and the process of ordering and returning the sample is really easy.

Quick easy process
We were impressed at how quickly the whole process was and we would recommend to others who may want to check for asbestos. It was not cheap but for our part necessary to check. Impressed.

Response to my order was swift and the return packaging supplied, instructions and other information made sample collection easy.
The analysis certificate arrived in my email account, as requested, quickly too (despite an intervening Bank Holiday weekend) allowing me to print it off couple of times.
A very satisfactory process, especially as the resul was negative.
