I have just received a framed print of the Pathfinder. I have found the service offered by Art UK Shop to be excellent, with a quality product delivered.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation.

I found Ben Nicholson’s ‘study of a head’ print from Art Uk and then read the terrible reviews on trustpilot. But there was nowhere else that sold this print and I dearly wanted it.

I contacted Art UK with my concerns and they reassured me that the resolution quality of the art work I was looking for was very high. I was also told that the individual I was speaking to would quality check it personally before sending it out to me.

Two weeks later my print arrived in great condition and I am very satisfied with the final product.

In short the customer services experience with Art UK was fantastic and the final product was the high quality I was promised.

I too should have read the reviews. The picture I chose was one I am very familiar with from Aberdeen art gallery, and the size I chose was the same as the original so the copy should have been good. instead it looked like something I could have had printed from postcard size at my local print shop. It was pixillated to the point where most of the detail was lost and the only way this "high quality" art print could be framed and mounted was if I mounted it up past head height in a drak corridor.
Shocking, absolutely shocking,and disgraceful that publicly funded galleries allow this bunch to carp (typo) all over our heritage.

I did not read reviews before I ordered. They sent me a print which was so dark, the leaves on the trees looked like a black blob. I ordered a print of an oil painting by James Paterson of the cottage where I live, but It was far too dark to display on my wall. I complained and they offered to 'try again', but I had read that someone had agreed to this and the second one was exactly the same as the first. I did receive a full refund

Worst print ever... looks like they printed it on a fake ink printer in the garage. Also, very overpriced. At first, they didn't want to replace it, then sent another bad quality print after 2 months. Don't order!

Poor print quality unfortunately. For a nearly £50 price tag it was very disappointing - dull colours and visible printer lines - looked like it was printed on a domestic printer.

We regularly buy framed art prints for our Scottish holiday homes. Thousands of pounds, dozens of paintings purchased over 5 years. Sadly, our usual art supplier has stopped shipping to the UK so we needed to try out other services - ArtUK was one of them.

We ordered 3 prints in the beginning of September, contacted them and they said they were quiet - we only received the last print today, 11th October after emailing back and forth for over a month...

The first print received was of highland cows - the print is dark, dull and soft focus, a bit smaller than A2 so not massive. Could have taken a better photo of the real painting with my mobile.

A larger waterlillies print, approx A1 square, none of the rich detail in the pastel shades our other prints of this artwork clearly show - dull colours, print artefacts and is very flimsy due to the poor frame quality for its size.

The final painting which finally arrived today, five weeks after the order was placed, is smaller than A4 - I ordered A2 approx 2ft x 1.3ft. At smaller than A4, their print is still dark and is not tack sharp.

Their customer service - I got a refund of £16.73 for reducing my A2 framed print to the less than A4 one that they shipped me.

Do not buy prints from this company.
