From setting up my website to now whenever I’ve had a problem or question I have reached out to various people and even with the 6 hour time difference I have always had a timely response with exceptional professionalism and friendly advice /solutions, I can only say that my overall experience is the best customer support I have ever had anywhere

I’m not sure, it all started with a subscription auto-renewal that I did not want to make or authorize. All the chat bots and emails blew me off until Berline finally called me personally and was very persuasive live on the phone. Since the money was non-refundable I acquiesced with her encouragement and can only hope for the best.
If It Don't Make Money, It Don't Make Sense!
We have been a member of ASF since 2019, and I can unequivocally say that it is the best website I've had since opening my online business in 1999!!! Sales for my business increased in 2022 and was actually increasing by 2023. It is December 2025 now and we have not been disappointed with the customer service of ASF. I am selling more originals, portraits and commissions than I ever have. I also print my art on merchandise. We then starting offering mugs, t-shirts, tote bags, and greeting cards.
ASF has a detailed handbook that gives you written and video explanations of "how to" set up your website and do marketing tasks on a daily basis. Also, "live" Zoom videos are available where staff members visually assist you and other members to help us learn from other ASF members with issues we may be having trouble with.
I also offer five sizes and surfaces of my art including paper, canvas, acrylic, metal, and wood.
ASF offers several price plans to fit your budget and your profession: artists, photographers, art galleries, and printing companies. Options for printing prints are offered on canvas, wood acrylic, metal, and paper.
After you sell your items, customers automatically receive a thank you letter from you to confirm their orders!!! You and your customers will receive emails when your items are shipped with tracking numbers. And you don't have to do it!
The staff at ASF are available to help you through your concerns and our printing company Graphik Dimensions does an awesome job of printing and shipping products.

Have had a great experience setting up our new gallery storefront. Very happy to have found an online platform that supported our goal as a collective of artists. The training videos and wealth of information in the ASF vault is very helpful. Arty the ai assistant is an incredible tool that saves you so much time, what a wonderful thing. Although the ASF platform is rather expensive (to me - and the reason I dropped one star), I've found the customer service, responsiveness, and knowledgeability of the team (including Arty, their AI artist's helper) to be excellent, and that helps considerably to compensate for my personal hesitations about the cost. An example of the excellent assistance was when I had specific questions about how to set something up on my site platform back-end, I left the specific question in Chat, expecting to receive how-to instructions, and later found a message in my email saying, "We set that up for you!" Thank you!!

The company seems like their new to what there offering so there has been a lot of issues getting started and things feeling all over the place. As things slowly get fixed its starting to feel better but ive been lost without direction from the start and wish they would explain things better in the beginning to new comers to make it easier and better for both the company artstorefront and the customers working with the artstorefront. I believe they have amazing offers and information but it would be nice if there was a better guide on where to start when you finish join the program.

I always appreciate the prompt and helpful support I get — everything from suggestions for my social media to help with re-structuring my website. Even after hours I don’t feel alone—the auto chat help is efficient and usually sorts out my questions quickly but if not I know there is a team on deck ready to respond and help as quickly as possible.
