Absolutely terrible. Not only have they been pulling this AI crap (if you haven't marked your settings as NOT allowing your work to be included in their AI? too late, it's gone, they took it).
Lately? They keep hitting my work with "against community standards". Literally pictures of robots made out of rocks smiling. Or a pic of a grassy field landscape. No AI, all made by me. Takes forever and I work hard on it.

Support's answer to "Why is my work being deleted??!"?
Answer: "I can see you are trying to delete your work and it won't delete, I'll get the team to help you"

NO, I DON'T WANT MY WORK DELETED. I'm trying to STOP you from deleting my work for no reason! Why why why?

Awful customer support, it can take months for them to reply. I used paypal as my payout option, to just many months later receive my answer from customer service that they don't pay out to paypal. Why is paypal even an option then, makes no sense at all.
It all feels pretty much like a scam. I guess i'll see in a few weeks if my payout is ever happening, i have my doubts to be sure.

Totally bogus company. They advertised being able to download a book by Michael Connelly only to be forced to sign up for some investment garbage. A total scam.

Artstation is not a place for artists. It uses their work and creativity for other means. As long as You are not listening to artists, you will keep losing them.

Um yeah. Idek what is wrong with these people. Since epic bought it, it is even less epic. You want a money pit, artstation is it. They are what's wrong with the world today.

ArtStation Ban for no reason, they are like all Bad ''famous'' Site, they are a group of Robbery, they close account not retrive u back (YOUR WORK), like YT (That Should be illegal), then that SITE push up the same artist, artist that have no honor or passion trully, just think they are good, are the same s.. work no different, they think only money and visibility, they are no artist for sure.

Firstly, there is no live support - this is the year 2022! When placing my order I had a simple question but there was nobody available to help. I placed my order and sent an email enquiry. It took a week and a half to get a response! Then today my prints arrived... they had been rolled up and put in a flimsy box with nothing more than a piece of paper for "protection". They were folded, creased and scratched. This company does not represent artists in a positive way, they clearly just want to exploit artists for profit. If you are an artist or an art lover - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

These guys don't even help a bit to get your art out there. It's literally cluttered with thousands of users and your artwork doesn't even get noticed, no matter how good your skill is

ArtStation hides my art behind my back. I have a folder in my portfolio that contains regular more or less nudity, NOT porn. That folder is hidden from outside viewer even tho I have mature warnings there. And I haven't informed that folder is hidden.
They hide my artwork for being "too sexual" when I see other pictures there far more graphic than I personally create and they'll let them just be there. Probably because these artist has huge names or something.
ALSO they apply mature content warning to some work were has no reason to be mature content. WITHOUT TELLING ME.
I found this out by myself when I just googled my account without login in.

Ho ordinato un'illustrazione dal sito ArtStation ad ottobre 2021, partita giorno 21, affidata al corriere USPS. Ad oggi (7/2/2022), dopo 5 mesi, il pacco risulta ancora in transito. Come se non bastasse non si riesce a capire dove sia, se sia bloccato da qualche parte o se sia andato perso. Il corriere è irreperibile sia tramite e-mail che telefonicamente. Il Servizio Clienti del sito è stato contattato più volte e non ha saputo fornirmi concretamente aiuto, limitandosi a dirmi di pazientare e che la spedizione risultava in transito, cosa che potevo benissimo verificare già da sola.

Cash grab company, never spend here since they can disable buyer account without any reason. Youre bettter to buy from other place or the official artist marketplace. Dont buy here, they wont refund your money after disable your account!

Buyer beware, they can disable your account without permission after you buy something and there's no support. You better to buy from Gumroad, Creative market, or the official artist store. Never trust the money back guarantee since they wont even respond to your email. Buy at your own risk!

This place is good for artist to sell or monetize their work but nightmare for buyer. They can suspend your account and dont even reply to you.

Forget money back guarantee or even support from this company. Bought some brush set, then get banned because fraudulent payment. Support dont even try to help. Wont buy from here again.

They shipped my art to the wrong address, a month late, and then took another couple of weeks to correct the mistake. I'm so angry with them.
