AR Travel & Tours Ltd Anmeldelser

Usually Umrah flights and hotels are ridiculously expensive and people struggle going to Umrah as they need support especially if it is their first time. AR Travels allows people to go in groups and they provide great group leader who has a lot of knowledge about Umrah so you learn a lot going with them and you feel safe and comfortable. They are the best Umrah group to go with. My family and friends are all grateful for their services.

This company is really good at helping their customers. I had a lot of questions about my Umrah as it was my first time and I was travelling with my parents so I was in charge of the bookings. With the help of AR Travels I was able to have a good experience and my parents were able to have a smooth experience with their first umrah.

AR Travels have been really helpful with my holiday to Turkey. I travelled with my family of 5 and using AR Travels made the process so much smoother and less stressful. Would definitely use them in the future. Amazing experience.

Excellent service from all the staff at AR Travel & Tours!
I booked an Umrah trip for my family in October 2023, they provided me with 5* Hotels in Makkah & Madinah and ensured the transfers were there on time.
The staff in Saudi Arabia were very friendly and helped us with any issues we had.

Im booking my next Umrah again with AR in November this year again, their service is unmatched and the experience was excellent.

Brilliant service from start to finish for our Umrah trip. Ahsan took care of us and booked our visa transfers. He ensured all our queries were answered and continued to provide reassurance whenever it was needed even when we were in Saudi. Reliable, courteous and excellent value for money. Thank you once again AR Travels.

Great experience in booking my family vacation to Tunisia.
My agent Hamzah arranged and executed my trip to a T.
The stress free getaway I always strive.
The entire journey of finding a location within my budget, to organising the flights, boarding passes, arranging personal transfers all the way to the accommodation was seamless.
Whilst away they continuously checked to ensure my vacation was going to plan and if anything further was needed.
The detail to attention and friendly service was second to none.
I have used the same travel agent since 2017 and highly recommend them as they always make my trip memorable.
Credit to all the staff as they all conduct themselves to the same ethos…customer satisfaction.

We booked our entire holiday with AR travels and tours. Everything went perfectly, the tranfers from the airport to the 2 different cities at different days and times. The hotels were exceptional as we had elderly people in our family and worked out very well inregards to distance from the holy mosques to the hotel.

However, we did have a slight change where the flight got cancelled and was told the next availability to fly out may be the next day. AR travels kept on track of this and kept updating us upon the next flight available. Throughout our journey AR travels kept intouch asking "if we need any further assistance and if everything is going smoothly". We as a family were grateful to AR travels for booking this blessed journey for us and making it very memorable. AR travels and tours are trust worthy, hardworking and an honest agency.

We want to thank Ahsan for all his hard work to make our blessed journey become beyond perfection.

My trip to Makkah and Madinah was absolutely unforgettable! I had the pleasure of traveling with Ali, Rashid, Wasib and Azhar , and they truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, their hospitality was evident. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the trip was seamless and meaningful.

Ali, our guide, was a gem. His knowledge of the holy sites and the history behind them brought a whole new level of appreciation to our journey. He was always there to answer our questions and provide guidance, making sure we had a deep understanding of the significance of each place we visited.

Rashid, Wasib and Azhar were equally incredible. They went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout the trip. From arranging transportation to ensuring we had proper accommodations.

I highly recommend AR Travel to anyone planning a trip to Makkah and Madinah. Their team made my journey memorable, and I am forever grateful for the opportunity to have experienced such a profound pilgrimage. Thank you, Ali, Rashid, Wasib, Azhar, and Shahid, for making my trip an unforgettable one!"

I recently had an extraordinary experience visiting Makkah and Medina with AR Travels. The team, especially Mohammed Ali, Rashid, Wasib, Shahid, and Azhar, showcased exceptional hospitality. Their knowledge enriched our journey, providing insights that enhanced our spiritual experience.

The seamless transfers and efficient check-in process at each hotel were commendable. AR Travels' assistance at the airport demonstrated their commitment to ensuring a hassle-free trip. Overall, their dedication to customer satisfaction and the warm hospitality of the mentioned team members made my pilgrimage truly memorable.

Fantastic service. Will use them again . The group leader Mohammed Ali was very helpful and supportive.
