I have recently had 2 belief coding sessions with the beautiful Kelly. I found it to be a totally uplifting and special experience and I felt a huge shift afterwards. Kelly made me feel safe throughout and totally comfortable at all times. The ladies at The Art of Wellbeing are beyond gifted and special, I would highly recommend all of their treatments. Holly x

I attended a “mini wellness retreat” with Kelly and I had a wonderful experience. It was my first time doing anything like this and I was a little nervous to start with but as soon as I met Kelly she made me feel very welcome and at ease. The reiki session was amazing and very powerful, it bought me so much comfort and I left feeling very open to this new experience. I would highly recommend and I can’t wait to return.

We had a mini well-being retreat with Kelly and it was just perfect from start to finish. From the moment we stepped through the door the smells, the music and Kelly’s natural warmth made me feel instantly calm and peaceful. The emotional freedom technique that Kelly taught us was so powerful and is something that I will now use to get me through the stresses of every day life, and already I feel lighter having let go of some really profound pain that I’ve been holding on to for a long time. Reiki with Kelly was out of this world. I could literally feel the light and energy radiating from her and we were all in tears at the end of our individual sessions as the connection and insight was just so powerful. Not only did our session with Kelly help me to understand myself and my path more clearly, but was the perfect setting for bonding us as friends. Kelly is such a warm, gentle, loving and understanding soul and I feel lighter, free-er, calmer and more at peace having spent the afternoon in her beautiful home. Would recommend to anyone, 5 stars is not enough xx

I had belief coding with Kelly and it was an incredible life changing experience. She was very calm, connected, and could relate to my feelings and emotions which made me feel super comfortable. We spoke about my feelings which were very strong and after one session my mindset shifted. I felt calmer about my situation and more understanding of it. I lacked self belief but after the session I recognise my capabilities and know my self worth. I am more confident in my own shoes and would highly recommend self belief coding with Kelly to anyone wanting to enhance their life. It is magic!

I had a wonderful belief coding session with Kelly. It was such a beautiful space to work in, Kelly has such a wonderful vibrant energy and made me feel so at ease and at peace before we began. I wanted to clear some childhood trauma that had been clinging on and together we worked through the belief coding and I can honestly say it was one of the most rewarding and challenging experiences but made so easy by Kelly.
