RECALLED HAND SANITIZER AND NO RETURN OF FUNDS!!!

When I received my order, the package had been torn and taped, and the hand sanitizer which I ordered had been leaking. I sent several messages, including pictures to ARnaturals, but never received any respose.

I NEVER received my refund even though the products was sent back. I received an email that they received the product and I am still waiting on a full refund of $107.98
A year later!

It takes a lot of nerve asking how our experience was. Grade: 0 of 1 to 10. Company promised material was in stock for shipping and it shipped a very long time later than the required and promised date. We received no response or automated responses to our questions. The phone number gave an automated message and the ability to leave a message was not possible because the machine was full. The Sanitizer was not packed but just thrown in boxes which caused spills in the boxes due to lids coming off. This was returned and we had a terrible time getting our refund as required. We learned a tough lesson that we hope to not duplicate.

The first gallon received was cloudy and off. The product was replaced. We haven't used it as we don't like the tequila smell. Will sadly not use this product, but appreciate their quick responsiveness during the height of the pandemic when nothing was available.

The shopping experience in general was just fine. Order arrived in a timely manner. I just didn't like the hand sanitizer. For some reason, after a week, it started coming out gritty. We used it because we had to, but I wouldn't buy it again.

The peppermint is a natural remedy to deter attic and basement visitors - aka "furry friends". Lemongrass is great to prevent wasps from camping out. Pro Tip: dap make-up sponges with oils and place them strategically in around the house and the yard.

I ordered the hand sanitizer through this company at the beginning of covid 19 when ill them self were going empty in 2020 , it brought 6, 8oz bottles , in paid over 40dollars which was pretty high I think but I need to buy it , I like the hand sanitizer , the price is a little high when I ordered it online , now I see it in different stores for less , its a good sanitizer

when COVID hit, I bought Artnaturals hand sanitizer, 6 bottles during the shopping panic. I realize this product is far better than any other natural hand sanitizers! Non-sticky, free of scents, and my hands stay soft! I will re-order them when I am on a sixth bottle! Grateful for Artnaturals for inventing it!

Your company was able to provide hand sanitizer during the height of the pandemic when it was a scarcity in my community. The hand sanitizer arrived in a timely fashion and we are very pleased with its quality.

The first product I ordered met my expectations. I subsequently ordered a 1 gallon refill bottle. The consistency of the product was terrible as the 1 gallon bottle was extremely slimy and smelled differently than the original bottles. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement 1 gallon bottle. The second bottle was discolored/occluded and also didn’t match the consistency for the smell of the original product. I contacted the company again and they offered to send me the smaller bottles only never to receive them.

They price gouged you when they should have been trying to help during the pandemic

Price gouged the crap out of us for hand sanitizer right in the middle of a pandemic! Never will shop here again. Nope!

I was charged 4 times the price for the product! I was unsure at time of purchase but has since seen it for around 5 dollars after I paid almost 20 dollars. I ordered during pandemic so it also took weeks to arrive and by the time I received it, I had already purchased sanitizer off the shelf.

I had a repeated beg experience resolving a problem with your company and probably will never use you again. I was a long time dedicated company but really felt as a customer I was treated so poorly.
