The lady running it was too bossy
The lady running it was too bossy
Wouldn’t let us open the glue when we were ready to start sticking our patterns on the glass - because she hadn’t demonstrated it first even though this was our second time doing the course.
The glass tiles weren’t cut in even shapes which made it difficult to line up the patterns. I didn’t have this problem the last time I did the mosaic workshop.
Has put me off doing it again.

Mosaic lamp making was a blast
This was lot's of fun. Very knowledgeable teachers. Lampu turned out very nice. The Turkish delights and traditional tea were a nice addition 😊

Just simple relaxing atmosphere
Just simple relaxing atmosphere. Help if you needed it. Go at your own pace and the chance to finish it up at hoo with some supplies given. I would love to do the mosaic class now. So much fun my daughter in law and I had.

This was great fun. Our completed lamps look fantastic. I can’t wait to go again and make a different style lamp! Highly recommend.

It would of been better if we had some more advice before we started.

The instructors didn’t instruct
The instructors didn’t instruct, their accents were so thick it was difficult to understand them and the time slot is so short that the lamps weren’t even able to be finished. There are no transfers to use and you had to freehand moving mosaic pieces that slid around the glass. I go to art classes frequently and this is by far the worst one I have ever attended.

Great experience and it looks so good when it's finished.
I really enjoyed making the mini lamp. There were many templates to chose from and so many colour combinations. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a great experience all round. I turn my lamp on every night, I just love it!

Beautiful bonding experience
It was a beautiful bonding experience for my partner and I. We both love art and now we're proud to showcase the fruits of our labour on our bedside. The instructor was helpful and encouraging. It is a great experience for art lovers and of course Turkish tea and delight lovers too!
