Have used in the past and company was great dont know whats happened but company just sends out automated response emails not answering emails and taking money without providing any service.They havent updated their Spotify playlist since Sept. Dont use..

I submitted a song back in mid to late July seeing if I could get it on a playlist through one of their features where you pay an x amount of money in order to potentially get on the playlist. I knew that it was only a potential that I could get on a playlist, but since the amount was 10$, I really did not mine. Months went by and I saw nothing of that indicated that my song was getting reviewed or that the curator actually listened and gave feedback until today! The feedback I got was bland, uninformative, and appeared that the curator did not see the intent in which I was going for with in my song. So not only was this chance of getting on a playlist super delayed, but I got literally NOTHING for my 10$, poorly written, misunderstood feedback as well as not getting on the playlist. This is however a common trend I do see with websites that offer to place you on a “huge” playlist for such little money. Unless if your music is the most poppiest of pop, you will probably never get playlists from websites like these, and maybe not even because it seems that no one ever gets on these playlist from what I see. From this however, I have learned to stear clear from websites like Artist Replublik and to use more Trustworthy websites like Musosoup and Mysphera. Never again will I use Artist Republik. (Funny thing is is that the order number is far gone because once again, it’s been nearly five months now).

I have been waiting and waiting for a response because I have discovered they are cheats and no one answers. There should be a class-action lawsuit against these people because they are frauds.

you are all cheats. because more than a month ago all my songs were removed then i got the emails that the songs were being edited and they will be uploaded again i waited for a week and then only half of the releases were uploaded again half of the releases were not. i have decided to put my songs down and start at a new distrubtion. i have been waiting for the removal of the songs for two weeks still no reaction i tried to get in contact almost every day for a month but no reaction no one replies to my emails no one reacts to the removal of my releases. I have been waiting for my money or income since the second quarter and we are soon in the fourth quarter this distrubtion is only fraud and service is just 🤦‍♀️ Stay away from it really never recommend I switch back to distrokid

I had a release distributed with artistrepublik for 3 months, and gained over 200,000 streams. Upon asking customer support for my royalties they said the royalties will be available in Q3. This was back in April. I still haven't received any royalties and the support haven't replied to me. Please don't use this service if you want to get paid for your work.

There's no customer service anymore about four weeks ago I got an email stating my music was pulled off everything streaming platform for some reason. Now slowing there coming back but I'm still missing some of my music. I've been sending them emails asking when there coming back but no answer. I wonder if they got shut down due to covid-19 I'm so over it I'm might switch distributors.

They have not responded to my emails.
I have sent several emails asking questions about the Grow With Us Campaign and they have not answered. I thought this company was it. Like I was going to use them for everything but I don't know what happened. Their customer support is basically non-existent right now.

I will take back my review once they fix this because their reputation right now is complete BS.

Awesome for independent artists everywhere!!

Just seriously a POWER HOUSE for independent artists! I know getting on playlists is never a guarantee, but the prices are fair enough and I actually did have it end up paying off!!! Can’t wait to see what services they add on in the future to be honest!

Artist Republik has done a fantastic job of observing the needs of artists and delivering them the tools to remain successfully independent of record labels. They take an honest approach to their work and their offerings are incredibly unique as compared to other platforms.

AR has been a key component in my dive into music, I've enjoyed the constant additions and updates to the platform!

Amazing distributor, transferred from my old one to AR and was the best decision ever!
By far one of the coolest platforms out there for artists, think there is a lot more they can improve on but love being apart of it !

Artist Republik is honestly a game changer!

Honestly I can't stress enough how great its been to use all their resources! As an independent artist being able to have access to so many playlists and distribution tools have honestly saved my life! Cannot recommend them more!
