The product that I bought was for $47.99and received after 3 weeks the product is no where near to the picture on the website . It is a very very poor quality product. It came in a bag all crushed like a rugged piece. No one should buy from this website,please be aware . The phone number and email is also wrong on the website also there is no return label and address on the website neither they send it with the product . The product that I received is not even worth a pound . Please beware . Not to miss out this ARTISO company is not registered in the company house as well .

This is one of the worst companies I had to deal with. They refused to accept my return of multiple items due to the items not fitting correctly. When I did return them they refused to accept them. Buyer beware, do not buy clothing from them.

I ordered from this company last year and the quality of the shoes was very poor. I asked to return the items but they were not keen on this outcome. After several emails I decided to accept a discount voucher and to keep the shoes. Wrong decision! I recently ordered a pair of sandals and after taking weeks to arrive I am very disappointed with the quality of manufacturing. I am going to cut my losses and never order from this company again. They need to provide a better delivery service. Also the website photos make the shoes look better than they do in reality. My advice is don’t waste your money.

This company is plainly FRAUDULENT.
They put up pictures of very nice shoes but when they delivered, it was a cheap badly made shoe that were sent. When I contacted them to replace, they replied that they were closing down and can only refund 10% of what i paid. When I replied them that I will not accept their offer they didn't bother to reply me.
There must be a way to stop these cheats and fraudsters from cheating/duping the innocent public.

They do not deserve even one star. I ordered a hoodie for my grandson for Christmas, extra small size. It arrived just in time for Christmas but it was medium size. I reordered the extra small but the one I have just received is large! I can’t find anyway to contact the company for an exchange or refund. The website is closed, funny that. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ARTISIO.

I bought $1100 worth of shoes.
6 need to be exchanged to bigger size 4 need to be returned as thsyre ugly.
Tnehre not accepting to exchange even though i wanted go return tbem steaight away. Neither theh want to refund me.
10 pairs if shoes went to bin.
Tbey said we offer 10% and keep the shles. What do i do with the shoes cook them?

They say they aren’t a scam company but the coat was nothing like advertised an when I emailed to ask for a refund they told me they were closing their store/warehouse and could only offer me a 10% refund, managed to get it up to 30%. The only good thing was their ability to email.

I wouldn't even give one star but had no choice to write a review. This is the WORST experience ever. Ordered a black cardigan for my daughter's boyfriend and what I got was a piece of crap made from craft felt. The return or refund policy is nonexistent. Emails back and forth with no resolution. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!! Do not buy from them, you will be sorry!! I can use this for the dog to sleep on, lol.

I would advise to not buy anything from this company. I bought a jacket. When it arrived, the item had no tags on it. The jacket was too small and I requested a refund. I then had numerous emails backwards and forwards with this company. The website says that items can be returned. This is not true! I am now left with a jacket that I will never wear, because it is too small and the company only gave me a 20% refund. I couldn't even send the item back and get it changed as the company would not allow this. They are the worst retail company I have ever used and their customer service is utterly shocking. I don't know how they manage to exist and do business.

Items were nothing like the picture. Quality of material very poor and thin. Delivered late. Extremely difficult to obtain a refund. Joke of a company!

I ordered a hoodie & pants for my teenage grandson. They are thick, great quality. They look really nice & well made. It took a little while but that is because it came from overseas. My adult daughter wants to order from them now!

This is hands down the absolute worst company I’ve ever done business with. This company is such a huge ripoff! Their products are cheap, poor quality and overpriced! Don’t even think about trying to return for a refund, because you’ll definitely get worked over on that deal. Do not do business with Artisio. You’ve been warned!

Guys I notice clothes is the same from temu but double the price.

First I received the wrong size.
Then I was given a 75% discount for the replacement
I went up a size. 14 days later I received the new shoes
And they did not fit.
This has been the worst experience I have ever had ordering shoes online.

I was not happy at all with my purchase. Poor quality and even worse fit. I tried to have company send a return label but was told to send it back on my own. Apparently the time frame expired and I had to settle for a 10% refund.

I recently purchased gloves from your company, advertised as size XS. However, upon receipt, the gloves were significantly larger, appearing to be at least a size L. When I inquired about returning the item, I was informed that I would be responsible for the return shipping costs. Due to this experience, I will not be utilizing your services in the future.

Don’t order from here. I ordered a cardigan as a Christmas present and it’s been over 2 weeks. Still no sign of it. I should have read the reviews. It cost £68 and I doubt I’ll get a refund.

Impossible to get a refund from them, they are a complete scam, quality of items is very poor as well, when I wanted to return items they said they would only give me max 50% refund !!

This company is a scam. I ordered a jacket. It stated on the website that it was genuine leather. I receive it and it was 50% PU and 50% polyester. Complete false advertising. I had several emails of communication. I sent them photos of their website description, the jacket I received and the fabric content tag. They had the nerve in the last email to send me a photo of the item I bought saying it was "faux-leather". THEY CHANGED THE PHOTO. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The clothes are not as described cashmere jumper was just a lump of some form of nylon knit it is awful I could not use any of the 3 items I bought this was stuff for Christmas. I spent over a £100 for pure rubbish. I wish I had checked them out before I ordered anything they are lying through their teeth about the quality. Slick marketing pics that get you pulled in. They should be banned from advertising on internet
