Great experience

All our questions were answered, samples were sent for our review. We love our new turf. Would definitely use ATS again.

Great customer service. Very easy to work with

The company helped me when the shipping company caused damage to multiple items in my order.
Kyle B. Was the one who helped me. He was great!

The product was good as expected, and all parts arrived in the shipment. However, it was painful dealing with the shipping company that they use. We were promised delivery on three different occasions, only to be let down. Phone calls were not returned either. Eventually it got delivered, but if this company wants to have satisfied customers, they need to address the shipping issues.

Great customer service. Staff was very professional, helpful and respectful. Extremely happy with the entire process from the beginning to the end.

Kyle Boyd was incredibly helpful, patient, informative, and quick to respond. He knew everything I needed to know and explained it well! Absolutely the best out there! I will definitely be working with him again.

I was provided a great deal of professional assistance before I decided to make the purchase. The staff assisted me with the delayed delivery caused by the shipping company.
I have to thank Raul who helped me get started with providing the various samples for me to make a decision on which turf to select.

Raul made it the order easy to deal with this company. Answered my questions rapidly.

Megan, by far, had the best customer service I've ever encountered in dealing with any company. Her product knowledge and communication was exactly what I needed in choosing Artificial Turf Supply as our company of choice to get our turf through. She went out of her way to check up on us through our process from start to finish as we had lots of questions throughout.

So happy with our new turf. Dogs love it. Fast shipping and helpful service along the way. Thanks!

Artificial turf supply was above and beyond. The product that we used was flawless. We installed it for our toddler playground and the turf is so soft for their knees. ATS also connected us with a local installer who did a great job. We are very happy. Thank you Megan!

Very happy with my new backyard putting green. Chris, the sales rep, was easy to work with and answered all of my questions clearly. The turf that was installed is solid quality and everything went smoothly. Their team was professional from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely work with them again!

From the beginning to the end everything went very smooth and the quality was better than what we had thought. Top Notch product that looks as good as real and the installation was very professional.

From the time i called and spoke to the sales rep till the time it was delivered all aspects of my ordering process was excellent. I really appreciated the way the customer service team kept me informed all along the way.

They were professional. Hard working and completed the job on time.

The larger roll has 3 long stripes on it whereby the grass is sparce. Looks like a manufacturer defect. Our turf has been installed for a few weeks now and you can still see the stripes. Not happy.
