Absolutely trash. The products are good, but the way this dude does/did business is just not good at all. I sent repeated mails about an order that I placed in february last year and just never got it so eventually i gave up. I’m willing to bet cause I picked stuff on sale that he just didnt want to ship it. Never buy from this con artist!

Potential Customers, please read! And give great consideration to the feedback and reviews that have been left prior to this by others. Pay particularly close attention to one, two and three star reviews.

This company is absolutely mind bogglingly terrible.

I’ve ordered a few times from both this brand and the company owners other brand too and each time it’s been an absolute pain!

I’ve had to chase orders repeatedly and exhaustively! I’ve waited weeks and I’ve waited months! I’ve sent emails and I’ve contacted the lad running the show more directly through his social media accounts and each time it’s been the same ridiculous nonsense about posting my items today, tomorrow, yesterday!

He sends tracking codes that don’t work. He outright lies about when he dispatches stuff and falsifies emails to give you an impression that things are running smoothly when in reality he’s just taking the mick!

It’s actually mind baffling how much messing about there is with something that should be simple and straight forward.

The last message I sent him I replied telling him that he’s lied about sending my stuff first class. I said what he was saying was BS so he responded to that by saying that he’s “let it slide for long enough” and that he’s “not a muppet”. Also, he reckons I need to “have some respect”... This is the owner! Not a receptionist or employee! This is the calibre and quality of experience you too can expect should you purchase from this fella.

Might be worth noting too, that he offered me a refund of my postage when I asked him at an earlier point for a full refund. He refused the full refund and I received another generic email saying I’ve been refunded. No such refund was received. Shocker…

I’m not holding my breath on receiving my order either. It just annoys me that I’ve given him my hard earned money only to be treated the way I have!

Avoid fellas! Cheap products are cheap for a reason. And on the topic of the products themselves. They’re average, if you don’t use the chocolate bourbon balm/butter as it smells like damp dog/towel and the rhubarb balm has a burn odour to it. Maybe a bad batch though! My Misses laughed everything I used the chocolate bourbon one as it was her that noticed it smelled like a damp hound 😅

I can’t recommend this product/brand… Terrible.

Ordered on the 4th of June 2025 but received on the 13th of June 2025.

Just received my order today. Well, the majority of it. It came in a brown Jiffy bag which was busted open on three sides so I’m surprised the contents (four items) were still present. Can’t add images sadly.

The custard cream scented butter I ordered came in the wrong tin as it has the cookie dough sticker on it. On smelling, it’s actually what I ordered.

Postage refunded two days after this.

What a fuss…

I’m glad to be spending my money elsewhere now.

Orders have always arrived on time and communication has always been good.

Can't fault the quality of the products

This guy is an absolute crank,his emails are very beggy promising his customers the earth and delivering none of it ..Claims he went into partnership with another company to better his own ,a company he claimed had many years of experience however a quick check on company house showed that it hadn’t been going longer than 12 months when I last checked

His latest email threatens to basically close the business as he’s getting no support and nobody is buying his products which he believes should be “flying off the shelves” sounds like he’s burnt his bridges with his customers in my opinion

Stay away ,safe yourself a headache

Understand there had previously been some customer dissatisfaction, but this is now my second order and I received it within two days.
Not only that, but I inquired about a scent that was had recently been withdrawn and was able to have a personalised order made up and dispatched that very same day! And at a very reasonable price too.
Honestly, I don’t know what else I can add, whatever problems might have existed in the past have definitely been rectified, and I’ll definitely be ordering again in the near future!

Item arrived quickly!!! Previous issues with delays and postage times have become significantly better! Will go back to using them again for all my beard needs!!!

My boyfriend swears by these. At first I thought you could get beard stuff anywhere but after looking in shops & online there literally isn’t anything that comes close. The scents are very unique and rich smelling, they don’t have weird chemical or damp smells like some I’ve smelt in tk maxx. And he says they actually hold his beard in place.
This is a small business so I understand the pressures of busy holiday times affecting delivery. The owner goes above and beyond to make customers happy (like he has for us) I’ll keep stocking up for gifts as long as they’re open. Give them a chance cause I’ve never had a bad experience!

If only you could give negative stars … what was once a very good company has become quite the opposite not in terms of product which I’ve never had an issue with but on actual delivery of the products ordered beginning of March and eventually half my order turned up start of June !! excuse after excuse missing items when it eventually does turn up no response to any messages or emails to try and rectify people’s issues seems they can send numerous emails trying to keep or attract new customers but do nothing to help existing customers at all ..great product but not worth the hassle unfortunately I’ve had to resort to going thro PayPal to resolve my own issues with the company

AVOID!! Scam, gives you 101 excuses why you havnt got your order after months of waiting. Says hes closing down business because he cant cope, then next day sends out another promotional offer

Ordered some beard oils and balms in their closing down sale nearly 3 months ago, haven't received any products from them. Complained a month ago, got a grovelling apology, and was told it would be dispatched within days, that the order is now complete, a month later still nothing. Asked for a refund and to cancel my order a week ago, and haven't received a penny back from them. Should say this entire time I've been essentially spammed by them and their latest deals and products.

Stay well clear of this company, what they've done is tantamount to theft!

Edit - I like to be fair and update that I have finally received my order, unfortunately it took 3 months from start to finish, and the products themselves are great. Can't say I'd order from them again due to the bad experience though.

TBH, I have ordered before and the product is good but always taken an age to get my items.
So after the sod story of illness etc placed my order in January. Then in March the closing down announcement. Still haven’t received the order, and now announcing another sale offering 3 day delivery. DONT BE FOOLED. He will never send your order.

Bought products in closing down sale late February. Not recieved and emails ignored. Have had to raise dispute with Paypal

Avoid! A once great brand that is now just a scam. Such a shame.

Ordered a bundle of products in late Nov 2023. A few emails over the following two months saying they were working through it. Then one in Jan saying it was about to be distaptched. That's the last I heard. They do not reply to webform or emails. I am chasing up with Paypal and card issuer. They are now going to close the company in March.

Ordered December '23, takes your money, then nothing, no reply to emails, no reply the facebook page. BUT sends out marketing mails saying the order is being sent Friday or Saturday,..everyone will get the same mail, and loads of 'buy my stuff' marketing mails ..this has turned into a scam. Having to pursue with Visa to get a refund. Never again.

The beard products are fantastic, great quality and I have yet to find a better beard grooming seller.

It is a shame then that the customer service has let the business down.

Appreciate as a sole trader that delays happen and have been very patient waiting almost 3 months for delivery.

Communication however has been poor and despite recieving products my order was not fulfilled and no response to multiple emails to get this resolved.

Disappointingly despite not been able to stay on top of ordes they are still sending out offers by email almost daily, but can't fulfill what they currently have .

Regretfully after using the brand for 3 years will not be returning.

Absolutely appalling show handling orders over the last few months. Ordered mid-November, promised the order was processed early December, then... nothing... Emails unanswered, no direct updates on orders that required customers to chase him up over social media, which was the only way to find out what the hell was going on.

Orders were finally fulfilled mid-February. 3 bloody months, and even then I received two balms instead of a butter and a balm.

Used to be a decent brand, now an absolute joke. Never again.

My purchase never arrived after a loooooong wait and the order update finally saying that it's been shipped I never received my items. I think the owner has just given up I would definitely avoid this place and it's a shame too because they did some great stuff but it's gone completely downhill. 👎🏼

Overall a shame about this company going down hill, as the products I DID order were pleasant on the whole, I say 'did' because some items were substituted without notifying me and weren't what I wanted. Emails regarding this and to return/replace with actual items were ignored, on top of a long delay in dispatch after order was made [avg 3 month wait] Sadly the items I do like aren't enough to encourage me to use this site again [Used Odinsbeard first, then ArthurJHawke]. Im patient but to a point.

I had previously ordered multiple times from this company and always been really happy with the service with orders arriving days later and products were great so been recommending them but cannot do it anymore after the shambles going on now.

I ordered some Christmas gifts mid November after their social media claimed anything before end of November would be sent in time for Christmas. Ordered didn’t arrive by then so emailed and got a reply saying it would be made and dispatched on 28th December. This never happened so emailed again in early January and got nothing back. I contacted on social media and got told they’d reply but didn’t. Also emailed again and got nothing back.

Over 2 months since I ordered and not getting replies to emails now so raised this with my bank to get my money back as I don’t think I’m ever getting my order.

Massive shame the business has gone down hill as it was amazing years ago and the products are fab but the guy who’s took it over doesn’t seem to have a clue how to run a business. Just full of excuses and failed promises about struggling to keep on top of orders. Biggest joke was when he claimed he’s going to have full prices in new year to get on top of orders and deter new business, yet constantly sends emails (sometimes every day) promoting new offers and free gifts to get more orders in January 🤔
