Very disappointed with the quality of this product. Poor value for money. Have to return at my cost. Definitely would not recommend. Be aware of the misleading marketing!!!!!!

I had ordered a pack of 28 canvases and it got marked delivered and i didnt get it. I contacted them and they sent a replacement no issues at all. After i got the replacement (which btw came REALLY fast) I decided I needed bigger canvases so I contacted them (on their 24 hour open live chat) and they refunded it there wasn't even a need to return it. 🖤🖤 amazing customer service everyone was SUPER nice they solved my problem no headache or hassle I definitely will be back ✨

My package was marked as delivered but I haven’t received it. I sent an email to customer services and 10 minutes later they replied back and sent a replacement! 10 minutes!! That’s amazing customer service. Thank you to Jianni

I will be buying all my crafts from Arteza in future.

I buy quite a few of the products I use for making my travel cups, coasters and ashtrays. As well as some odds and ends for other crafting projects. I find their prices to be very reasonable and the products to be of very high superior quality being very well pigmented and bright in color. I have bought most of their acrylic paints and their mica powders and those are my go to when doing a project that calls for mica powders. I need very little of the powder in ratio to epoxy to get the beautiful vibrant color I'm looking for when using a mica powder.

so they keep delaying some of my items sadly saying that they are out of stock. they should send an email when they are to customers before hand so they know. I got two of my items. but i also understand that during this pandemic they cannot work fast enough to make it to where on the site it will show the item is out of stock. they were very apologetic and offered a refund but I refused because I need the supplies and they had already cancelled and refunded my last one and sent me items for free. :) overall im a pretty pleased by the customer service.

Well I ordered something 6 days ago and paid for expedited shipping and I realized the day was supposed to be there that I don't even have access to track my package so I got in touch with customer service and that agent told me that it is going to be late and it hasn't even shipped yet. It's supposed to be here by today but as of 5:43 this morning it was still in Kentucky. I'm in Connecticut. There's no way I'm getting it by 8 p.m. tonight as tracking suggests. I get that we have all this covid-19 crap going on at holding everything up but my issue with this company is that they never informed me that the package would be late and they took my money for expedited shipping without sending it to arrive at the right time but I paid for. Nor did they give me a heads up that my package would be late. This was a present for was supposed to be. Instead I had to go out and pick it up at a store which I was trying to avoid you to everything going on.

Shocking company
Shocking company. Products are below student grade. Tried the Acrylics, professional pencils and markers. All were rubbish and could be got cheaper elsewhere.
Customer service is terrible. Tried to return an item and they refused. Despite offering free returns they refused to allow the return! Had to claim my money back through Paypal.

Quality and Prices Great! Advertising Overbearing

I would give them 5 stars, but I find their advertising to be very intrusive which brings them down a star.

As for their products however, for the price, they are very high quality. I love that I earn points with each purchase that add up and that for every 100 dollars you get 5 bucks off. Combine that with the 7.5% cash back with rakuten and I get really nice prices on top-quality acrylic paints, glitter and other art and craft supplies.
