Got my order promptly and the follow up service I had was fabulous everything sorted immediately

I have ordered supplements over the last year not only is the quality of a high standard and delivery efficient but the staff are incredibly helpful . I really could not fault them .

I made a one time order or so I thought. The company scared me and set up a subscription WITHOUT TELLING ME and took money from my account. I messaged them and this was ignored and products sent out which I do not want. I have had to contact the fraud team at my bank. Other people have experienced the same thing - i won't deal with this company again

very bad customer service
A charge was taken from my account on a Sunday evening - despite the company saying they only work office hours. My subscription was not cancelled and I immediately emailed Artah to request them to refund and not send out the delivery. Four times I emailed with no response. The charge was taken on Sunday evening and the delivery sent first thing Monday morning - great if I had wanted it but not so great if you try to cancel

Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you very much Alexandria and the whole Artah team for arranging an express delivery for an urgent order.

My consultation with April, ( Artah's Head Nutritionist), has been a breakthrough for me.

After spending decades wasting time, money and energy on futile consultations with some of London's so called expert nutritionists, gastroenterologists, GP's and hospitals, at last I've come across genuine, useful, practical help, and informative guidance.

I first starting using Artah's supplements 2 years ago and noticed improvements, and then I stopped. My symptoms eventually returned.

After my consultation with April last week I now know where I'd been going wrong. My health journey is not quite yet complete, but at least at long last I'm on the right path.

After 20 years of digestive and ibs issues I have finally found the key to a settled system. After starting taking Artah Advanced Synbiotic within days my system became calm and predictable which is something I have struggled with for years. Even when travelling my system remains calm and regular.

I've been really enjoying the metabolic reset and the supplements really have me feeling well. I had a consultation with a nutritionist to discuss how I was getting on and make some suggestions. Really impressed!

Ok - so this lot are hard to get hold of. Near impossible to ring with no option to leave a message. But after persisting with e mailing a few times - they sorted out my problem with effortless ease and good humour. So once you get hold of them - they will help. Don't despair. Have only just received my supplements so unable to review effectiveness yet - time will tell.
