We are awaiting a response from Louie as we purchased a 30x24 painting which was to be stretched. It arrived unstretched and the painting was 30x20.
The painting itself is beautiful.

We'd like to be completely open about what happened:
On the stretching — that one was our mistake. The moment we caught it, we owned it, apologized, and refunded the stretching cost right away, with no back-and-forth. It's not the experience we aim to deliver, and we're sorry for the inconvenience.
On the dimensions — your order was placed as a custom piece over email, and the size specified at the time was 30x20, which is what we made. We keep detailed records of every custom order, so we're confident on this point. We completely understand how a sizing expectation can get crossed, though, and we're not interested in pointing fingers.
To make things right, we'd be happy to adjust the size for you at no charge. The only cost on your end would be the return and re-shipping, since the dimensions matched the original order. Just reply to our email and we'll take care of it quickly.
