ARS/Rescue Rooter - Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C Anmeldelser

I was reassured in the most positive way that no other vendor has provided me before. To this point, after installation, I called the manager responsible for answering any questions or handling any concerns I might have. Well, he did just that! My concern was I would not pass my inspection for the installation because another vendor, who was not happy about not getting my business, told me my fuse box was not up to code! I told Hamilton about what I was told an they told me don’t worry! So Hamilton made sure a technician was with me when the inspector came to check out my air conditioner installation! I felt so much better because Hamilton cared enough to make sure I had nothing to be concerned about! I applaud Hamilton for going beyond the call of duty by making sure a technician was on site with me while the inspector did his evaluation! Who provides that quality of support! Hamilton did! I was totally impressed and relieved!! I would highly recommend Hamilton to anyone for their HVAC needs !!

Very customer focused when we were without air conditioning. Came out the next morning, (on a Sunday), sent a sales rep out Sunday at noon, and installed a complete new HVAC on Monday morning.

I've had Hamilton perform multiple services over the last few weeks, and they've performed exceptionally well. Highly recommended.

Quick, efficient, explained everything, in layman's terms. Cleaned up the site, equipment works great, truly will recommend you all to all my acquaintances. Thank you for all the work 🙏

Outstanding service from start to finish. Everyone was knowledgeable and understood the situation. I would highly recommend Hamilton Plumbing. Thanks.

Curtesy and competence of the technician

Service man was knowledgeable, he made recommendations for solving problem. He went extra far to get gas water heater. He made a great installation of appliance.

On time, personable, efficient.

Always top notch technicians and excellent service!
Fast response time! Reasonable costs.

Friendly people

The guy putting in the new line was great. Another tech struggled a bit getting ac unit started. Overall it a good. Both techs were clean conscious.

They are great! They have always worked hard for us on any job we called on. We highly recommend them.

From first repair to sales estimate on a new system and finance and the install.
Satisfied with what I got and payments are in my budget

The problem was not fixed. Had to have them out again. Was charged again. And problem still not fixed. Sells rep lied to me on a phone call and said he was at my hoise and seen the camera. He was never here. Then tryes to sell me a bigger job and that i could get a loan with there help. I will never use this company again and recomend orhers to stay away as well.

The boys came out and removed a very large old furnace safely and effectively. Then installed a brand new system the same day. That's the whole team including the contractors! They did a great job! Now we can live comfortably. Very pleased! Thank you for your hard work!

Bryan, the plumber that installed a new toilet was great! He was professional, knowledgeable and informative. So, far, Hamikton has helped me every step of the way.

Cory, Dillon and Jason:
Jason Waugh did an excellent job at a very unusual problem. He is kind and made us feel confident in his knowledge.
Dillon was also very knowledgeable and helped Jason make a plan for the repairs we needed.
I would recommend them any time.
Cory Hutton started the ball rolling and called in the troops. He realized he didn't have the equipment the job required. He was a very nice person.

They did a great job! Explained everything and were very professional.
