Outstanding Company
Truly a very professional company. All the way from my first phone call to schedule a survey, to Nate the sale person down to the two installers. All were extremely polite and you could they cared about you and enjoyed there job.

The installers did a great job
The installers did a great job. They answered all questions. They were pleasant. We had a couple of minor glitches and came back a couple of days later. Hard to find things that don't happen all the time. They took off every cover and checked all of the connections and replaced a switch. No problems since.

Church chairlift
Our church needed a new chair lift and we got an honest appraisal on our old one and Nate then came and explained our options. We asked many questions over a period of time and every one was answered completely and promptly. Arrow lift worked with us as we financed and ordered our new chair lift and installation was smooth and professionally completed. We are very happy with all the employees we dealt with and the quality lift recommended to us. It's a big improvement and well received.

Friendly, helpful and pleasant salesman!
My salesman was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant. I cannot say the same about the installer/service technician, who was in really miserable mood. He actually yelled at me because the plug he needed was behind a bookshelf, which we were not told we needed to move. In fact we were told that the other outlets would be fine.
I am in my late 70’s and my husband is 81, and we had to clear the books and move the shelf.
I admonished him for yelling and for his bad attitude and he eventually quieted down. I sincerely hope that the local dealer has another, more pleasant technician.
I am loving my stairlift and I can now get downstairs to my closets and freezer easily.

Defective part not replacded.
Part was defective and technician fixed it, but tolded us it would have to be replaced. It's been a month and part still not replaced. Chair is not working reliable.
