Charlie Laundrie
Charlie Laundrie, sales person, told us the performance plan was $180.00 yr. for both chairs. the installer,Isaiah, had two prices for us. basic plan $918.00 yr.or plus plan $1642.00. I called Charlie and he said that price from the installer is wrong. He said Tiffany from the office would call me and straighten it out. Never heard from Tiffany.

Quality and professionalism from start to finish
Charlie, sales, gave a professional overview and outlined our options; answered all our questions and invited us to visit the showroom. No pressure at all. We decided to go with a reconditioned Stannah 600. Isaiah is a Great Technician and very pleasant to work with! Dad is very happy with the stair lift and I am too (he is now safe getting up and down the steps, no more worries about a fall)!!

I had a wonderful experience with the team from Arrow Lift. The initial phone call was pleasant with a satisfying outcome.
