Topteam, top praktijk, geweldige mensen. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze doen hun uiterste best om je bij te staan en de beste adviezen voor nazorg. All on 6 en nu wachten op genezing tandvlees, en over 3 a 4 maanden terug voor mijn zirconium gebit boven en onderkant. 💯❤️❤️❤️❤️

I had my nose done 1,5 years ago. I waited this long to finally write my review because it's one thing that I had the worst possible experience with Arpanu/CevreDent, I didn't want to blame that on Dr. Akif but now that I have the final results, here I am, So first things first, as soon as I left from Turkey Dr. Akif has been unreachable- even though he told me to text him on IG, turns out I can't send messages to him there, good start, right? So the promised 1 year post op support is simply non existant, mostly because a few months later the aftercare doctors were not texting me back neither and eventually I got blocked from the group chat as well. My nose? I did not get the nose I asked for and wanted and I have been left with a bump on my nose bridge which would require a revision rhynoplasty to get rid of. I specifically asked the doctor before I choose him if he takes responsibility for an unsuccesful nose surgery and if he fixes it if he didn't do it well (which is the case) and of course he said yes, but obviously it would be impossible to do so as I can't even communicate with him. :D But honestly after all this better if he doesn't touch my face again.

Quick, painless, and very professional. I’m really satisfied with the results and will come back again for sure.

Je me suis fait opérer en Turquie en passant par cette agence NOVALITA .
C’est une énorme arnaque malgré tous les bons avis qui sont FAUX!!!!!
Quand je suis arrivé j’ai dû attendre plus 1h30 car il n’y avait aucun taxi qui était là et qui était prévu . Ensuite j’arrive dans l’hôtel qui se situait à 1 h de la clinique mais la n’est pas le problème. Le jour de mon opération on me dit d’être prêt à 5h00 du matin , j’attend donc en bas . Mais quelle fut pas ma surprise quand je ne voit personne pour m’accueillir. Le taxi est arrivé 2 h plus tard sans aucune excuses . Avec cette agence on est très mal traite . Arrivé à la clinique on me fait payé un prix vachement supérieur à celui initial (+1000€en plus ) . Dans l’annonce il est dit qu’il y a un traducteur mais elle n’est resté même pas une heure avec moi durant tout mon séjour à l’hôpital. L’hôtel est juste déplorable et la nourriture n’en parlons pas !
J’attend mon remboursement depuis plus d’un mois . J’en ai informé l’assistante qui me renvoie chez le manager mais qui ne réponds jamais , ou alors qui dit dans 1 semaine le remboursement sera fait. Un mois et demi après toujours rien et ils essayent de se renvoyer la balle et de garder tout l’argent .
TRÈS mauvaise expérience pour cette agence que je ne recommande absolument pas

I would like to inform my patients and professional contacts that I am no longer working with Novavita Clinic, formerly known as Arpanu Clinic.

Unfortunately, the clinic did not honor its contractual obligations and failed to pay me for the previous follow-up period, despite the services being fully provided.

Out of professional ethics and respect for my patients, I did not wish to abandon those who trusted me. Therefore, I continued to provide medical follow-up and guidance voluntarily and free of charge, to ensure continuity of care and patient safety.

This decision was made to protect my professional integrity and to be transparent with my patients.

I remain committed to high-quality medical care and ethical practice, and I thank my patients for their trust and understanding

I underwent a revision rhinoplasty with Dr. Serhan in 2023 after being promised improved appearance and breathing function. Unfortunately, the results have been far from what was discussed.

He promised me this would be the last surgery and that I would be happy with the results.

Sadly, that promise was broken. The shape of my nose is now uneven and unnatural, with clear irregularities. Even worse, my breathing has become more difficult, causing daily discomfort.

I want to warn others to be very cautious before trusting this surgeon with revision rhinoplasty. Make sure to see verified before-and-after photos and ask many questions before deciding.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Mehmet Akif Yıldırım in November 2024. Dr. Mehmet is an amazing and talented surgeon, and I truly appreciate the surgical work he did. I was very hopeful about my healing journey and the result.

However, what has been difficult for me is the lack of proper post-operative guidance. Since 17/06/2025, I’ve been trying to reach out to the doctor and his team regarding persistent tip swelling, nasal blockage on the right side, and constant migraines, but I haven’t received any response.

This lack of follow-up has left me confused and worried, not knowing whether my symptoms are part of the normal healing process or if they need medical attention. It’s especially challenging as an international patient without access to direct post-op care.

I still believe Dr. Mehmet is highly skilled, and I don’t regret choosing him as my surgeon. However, I sincerely hope that his team improves communication and support for patients during the long healing phase. Recovery is not just about surgery — it’s about feeling guided, reassured, and heard.

I’m sharing this with full respect, just to help others prepare better.

My experience with Arpanu Medical was extremely disappointing. During my time in Turkey, they messed up my hospital transfers multiple times, causing stress at an stressful time as it was my first surgery ever. Literally the thing I wanted to avoid the most, to have to worry about the organization, was a nightmare.

After the surgery the aftercare doctor eventually came to check on me, I had to repeatedly ask and practically beg for it — it was not arranged as promised.

I was promised I would receive 1 year of post-op medical assistance, but the reality is far from it. Their responses were usually slow, unhelpful, and limited to one-word answers, offering no real support or guidance.

Now, 7 months after the procedure, they’ve completely stopped responding and even removed me from the WhatsApp group chat, leaving me with no follow-up or assistance at all.
I am sure it’s illegal and will make sure to do the most I can to report in all ways possible.

I would not recommend Arpanu Medical. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and neglectful aftercare have left me feeling abandoned and extremely frustrated.
They are wrong if they think they can do this just because I’m not in Turkey anymore. I payed thousands of euros and they don’t even provide contact to my doctor, Dr. Akif, who I also tried contacting through his Instagram but my messages don’t get to him as he doesn’t accept messages-which is again very concerning.
I will wait for immediate response, apology and the help I was promised ( in contract form).

Warning: Please Read Carefully Before Choosing Arpanu

My experience with Arpanu and Dr. Serhan began in April 2023, when I booked a rhinoplasty through the clinic. Unfortunately, what followed has been an incredibly frustrating and distressing journey.

About three weeks after returning from Istanbul, I noticed that my nose was becoming visibly crooked, leaning noticeably to the right. I immediately reached out to Arpanu’s so-called “aftercare team” and was reassured that this was part of the normal healing process and that things would settle with time.

However, the problem only worsened as the swelling subsided. Despite sending monthly progress photos, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. I was consistently told to “wait a year” and that things would improve, even though the deterioration was clearly visible.

After a year of this gaslighting, I finally left an honest review on Trustpilot. Within a day, Arpanu contacted me, promising a free revision surgery if I removed my review. They claimed the initial results were an unfortunate one-off and assured me everything would be corrected.

Regrettably, I agreed and took down my review, covering my own travel and expenses (over £1,500) to return to Istanbul for a revision, again with Dr. Serhan.

It’s now been nine months since that second surgery. While the crookedness was partially corrected, I’ve been left with a bulbous, uneven bridge and tip—and worse, I now struggle to breathe through my right nostril.

I contacted Arpanu again, only to be abruptly informed they have severed ties with Dr. Serhan. They refused to assist further, removed me from all communication groups, and essentially washed their hands of any responsibility.

This experience has been emotionally and financially draining. I urge anyone considering Arpanu or specifically Dr Serhan to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly research before making any decisions.

The clinic is of highest standard. Clean, efficient and warm, caring staff members.
The food is delicious and portions are enough. The clinic feels like some 5star hotel. Very beautiful. I read the reviews of the post surgery nursing support staff in turkey not caring and empathetic enough. I must say, except for some little mishap (involving the nurse not reaponsind to my emergency bell for more than 20min, which I, imediately
notified my personal interpreter about) , all was well. Thanks to the clinic management and staff.

I got my nose done by Dr Gokhan and i must say his expertise is top tier and his work is impeccable. He was able to fix my crooked and droopy nose and was able to take in account my sleep apnea for recovery purposes. Along side with Dr Mohammad who also is very prompt in his reply and assistance with any questions i’ve had! I highly recommend them!!
