I bought clothes from them on18th October and they only arrived today - 25th November - moreover when they did arrive they were of a very poor quality. The T-shorts are made from an almost nylon material but definitely not cotton; not even a trace of it. The images on the website are not theirs. Instead they make cheap versions of them from very cheap materials and dyes. The stitches are not done Well and the sewing falls apart. I don’t even think I can put them in the washing machine. Please if you come across their Instagram page report it and it’s website too. COMPLETE SCAM. What they’re doing has got to be illegal. Anyone know how to take this site down?

C'est la pire compagnie! Ne jamais acheter sur leur site! Ils présentent des fausses photos de leurs produits ! Ce n'est pas du tout les mêmes produits qu'ils envoient! Ce sont des produit de mauvaises qualités et beaucoup moins beaux que ceux qu'ils présentent sur le site web!

I spent 50$ on a sweatshirt for a birthday present that I NEVER received. It’s been months and they won’t give me a refund. The least they could do is have a heart and practice what they preach on their fake clothing items. I’m am in dept, never got my friend her birthday present, and 50$ is a lot of money for someone struggling like me.

I ordered 40 dollar shorts that were absolutely NOTHING like the picture, complete trash. They took about two moneyed to show up, and when they did— hot damn. They were laughably poor quality. They were advertised as denim, instead they were an awful synthetic(?) material. The colors were completely different. I went through all the hassle of trying to return them, eventually did return them, and never received a refund. It’s an absolute scam. If you comment on any of their posts, they’ll delete them shortly. They don’t respond to my emails regarding my refund.

Including tracking number is fake.
Don't buy it.

To start this review—I ordered from this site and had a completely fine experience. The clothes came about four weeks later, they weren't bad quality, they were the right size and fit, and they even look good.

The difference was that the product that they gave me was slightly different than the product I ordered. It was so similar that I probably wouldn't have been able to tell if I didn't look closely. If it isn't obvious, this company likely steals the photos of their products from other sources. The products in the photos are not their own. The reason I'm giving this company two stars is because I cannot, in my own morals, support a business that profits off of theft.

If their aesthetically-pleasing photos appeal to you, DePop has a lot of similar items from small business sellers!

Firstly, I'm sure you too got attracted by the ads with pics of beautiful vintage shorts etc, well, those are stolen pictures! all the vintage and beautiful items you'll see on pics are not theirs, they're from the account @celestialyouth on instagram (check it out, see for yourself) who buys clothes from vintage shops etc. The ones he buys are the only replicas! what aromiya sells you are knock-offs of those clothes. they actually copy approximately what they see on the picture with very low quality materials such as polyester and spandex, and make it seem like those are of their own brand. If you take a close look between the pics and what you received, you'll clearly see things that don't match.
moreover, they blatantly lie about the composition of their clothing : the composition is said to be "cotton blended", so that you'll think this is just like the picture, but actually, the tags all say "polyester 95% and spandex 5%" THERE IS NO COTTON AT ALL, it is all synthetics, so if you have allergies, beware.

And the worst? their customer service is probably 100% fake. I sent an email to expose my problems and get reimbursed. They replied once to say "hi, we're very sorry, please send us the pics of the items you received to see what's wrong". I did what they told me to do. They NEVER replied again after that. I tried the whole process all over again, and it was the same but with another "person". The phrasing is the same between the two people, all signed with a single masculine first name, and they never reply after that.

To resume : it's a scam. I got 100$ of fake and ugly clothing that I can't wear because they are made out of materials I'm allergic to and which I'll never be able to refund.

NEVER buy from aromiya. they are thieves and scammers.

I ordered two pairs of shorts and they took 6 weeks to get to me and the quality of the clothes is terrible. They are made out of a material similar to a plastic table cloth that tears at all the seams. The website says they have easy returns, but that is not the case. They require you to pay the shipping label which is all the way to China and so not worth the refund you get, otherwise they offer a partial refund if you keep the clothes. Overall, it is a huge waste of money and you don't even get the clothes pictured.

Absolutely the worst customer service. I placed an order 2 months ago and have still not received it. I have been told its been shipped but cannot track it. I have been sent emails asking to review the products that i haven't even got!! These items were for my daughters summer holiday which has been and gone, i was quoted 10-20 days for delivery!! FALSE ADVERTISING. Will never use their website again and as the items were mostly shorts and t shirts, if i ever do receive them they will be sent straight back for a refund as it will soon be winter!!!

Aromiya is just one of a 100 other stores that take pictures from thrift shoppers and claim that theyre selling these stuff. Most of the pictures come from @calestialyouth on instagram and he painted most of the pants himself so there can not be any duplicates unless the store steals his design which i doubt

I'm super skeptical about this and I don't plan on buying from here until I'm desperate, but here's what I've noticed. There are MULTIPLE websites under different names with different prices, but with the same product image, description and never any reviews, Aromiya is the only website so far that has reviews on certain products. So it is definitely a scam to some extent but these clothes are real and someone took those pictures, but where/what is the original website, can anyone help?

I ordered the retro shorts, a pair of trousers and a t-shirt and I am happy with all of them. They are well made and comfy. The shorts were not made from the material I expected (serves me right for not checking first) but they are still nice.

The clothes didn’t take too long to arrive considering they were coming from abroad. However, I would recommend ordering at least one size smaller than the size guide in the shop recommends because the clothes I ordered are a bit too big. (I am normally M, ordered XXL, should have got L or XL).

I will likely use this shop again for T-shirts and trousers.

I bought what looked like a pair of striped denim shorts. It took them almost two months to arrive and what I got is nothing like the picture. The fabric is thin and shiny, definitely polyester of some kind and 100% not denim. The only good thing that can be said is they're comfortable. Do not waste your money.

Terrible customer service. Rubbish quality products. Avoid this company. Should be called the covid-19 king of retail.

The company is a scam. It's a front for ORDERPLUS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED which is what shows up on your card bill - google it and you'll see what you get.

PayPal is garbage, they take their cut and continue to allow those scammers to operate through PayPal, which gives them credibility.
