Best Customer Service EVER!
I own three of these! One needed a repair, after many many years of use. You can actually speak with Jonathan and get your issue resolved. That’s right, they will talk to you and help you order/fix any problem. Best customer service ever!

The motor seems work well right now
The motor seems work well right now. But it is too early to tell, I think. The previous one, the rubber pump inside the motor was perforated excessively. So what will happen to this within a short time. Thanks.

I live in a larger house 5500 sq feet which makes it hard to fill it with scent.
I usually have candles burning in every room and still lack the scent I am looking for.
This diffuser fills my house with scent in about 10 minutes. Glad I purchased it.
