I bought a beach tent and at time of purchase was not told they did not have it in stock. Months went by and when I contacted them they said they were expecting the tents in in about two-three months. As it was still in the winter months I said I would wait. Eventually, after the period they said the tents would arrive, I kept contacting them and they admitted it had not arrived so I asked for a refund. I received an email saying funds would go into my account within two-five working days. I could never find the refund and have written many, many emails, all to no avail, asking for specific details as to when and which account they placed the refund. No response.

So to anyone interested in buying a product from this company, I would suggest you buy elsewhere. Unless they prove to me they deposited my missing refund, I can only assume they have stolen my money. It appears they are a dodgy business best avoided.

Top notch fragrances at affordable prices

Absolutely aweful service! I ordered a portable washing machine in August, and after a month I requested a refund as they never told me the machines were on back order. Only now to be October and I still have not received my refund. This website is an absolute scam, they will gladly steal hard earned money from people who are already struggling.

I ordered a rug on the 20th of September and it's now the 14th of October and they still have told me through email what's happening they can take your money but they can't tell you when or if you will receive it this company should be removed from zip pay and any other payment format it has im telling you do not buy from them

Ordered a fridge for an upcoming trip and it said that it would come within 2-5 business days and I haven’t received any dispatch email almost 2 weeks later. I have tried to contact and have had no response! I’m not even sure if this website is legit. The phone number goes straight through and I am very disappointed by this.

I ordered a cabinet fee days ago. My order number is #5058 . I haven’t got any confirmation email from them i send them money in there bank account.
I emailed them still no answer the phone number is wrong also.
Please give me my money back its very hard to earn money its $236 i paid for cabinet . 😭

despite everyones reviews we have had a nice experience with this company. We did not get the product we ordered however after exchanging some email the company did contact me and DID REFUND me the whole product amount.
I was quiet rude at first expecting very little but ended up saying thank you and want everyone to know that perhaps the way they speak may have something to do with their no response.

After placing an order and then reading independent reviews I contacted Aromadonna for a refund. Emails went unanswered. Phone number straight to message bank. My story is the same as all the other people on this web site. $272 debited from my bank account. My bank is unable to retrieve funds. I am so very very upset that this is allowed to continue considering the feedback on line about this so called company. I am a single mother and money does not come easy to me nor do I have disposable income to purchase items that do not exist. Find the compassion and humanity to refund me. Times are tough and bad enough without people doing this. Kicking someone when they are already extremely down.

I lodged the following report to Scamwatch on 22 Sep 2021:

I purchased an item from their site on a Friday (3rd September) as they were quoting 2-5 days to supply it, by Monday I realized there was no way this could be possible as the item is out of stock everywhere else I looked, including the manufacturers site. I requested a refund, to which they approved, but I haven't yet received the refund as promised.

I paid via Poli internet banking, which I'd never heard of before using this site. This should have been the red flag.

I'm out $222, and keep getting palmed off via email. Avoid this site at all costs!

I did not receive an item or a refund.
I spent $356.

This is a scam with fake reviews, and a very dogy website. They did not deliver my products. I have reported in an Australian Goverment's website that is called scamwatch because the company is registered in Australia

They deleted my review in their webpage and you cannont pay with Paypal or credit card at their website.
I checked the ABN and they have changed the name of the company many times. In their Facebook there is not a single comment!!! SCAM!

Scam website!!!! Do Not Buy Anything From Aromadonna. I got the similar story of no longer in stock and on back order so I opted for the refund. It’s been over a month with multiple emails sent from my behalf and barely a response back and definitely no refund.

Can’t seem to get a reply through email and the phone number listed on the Australian website goes to a full voicemail inbox… I hope this is not a scam site, the promised delivery time has definitely not been met, given the surge in online shopping delays are expected but I do at the minimum want some kind of communication..

Have purchased a heater from Australia Aromadonna Site and paid for. Website states 3-5 business days for dispatch, no contact from seller for receipt confirmation or delivery update even after 5 days. Have requested refund. Awaiting reply and funds. Hoping this transaction reversal goes smoothly. Buyer BEWARE everyone.

I am from Australia and I recently attempted to purchase a portable washer from this company. When I purchased, I was told I would receive shipping confirmation shortly (2-5 days) .However, I never received any confirmation. I sent in a message to the company and they told me my item was unavailable and that I could request a refund. I requested a refund on the 10th of August and on the 13th they told me my refund would be processed in 2-5 days. I have since heard nothing and there has been no refund and it is the 22nd. This company should not be allowed to advertise stock they do not have, and should refund customers when it is due.

DO NOT purchase from this site. You may not get the product you paid for and will have to chase them up just to get a refund.

If any representative of the company sees this, my order number was 3717. Please process my refund immediately or I will take further action.
