Getting a refund from Armouredcard
I ordered 7 cards by mistake and then reordered another 2 with the intention of returning the seven. I was told by Peter of customer service that the order had already been shipped but not to worry as i could return the seven cards within 30 days of receipt; this I did and even provided a tracking report from Canada Post showing delivery on August 2nd 2025.
They offered 50% discount which a turned down then they offered me 75% discount if I kept the cards. I said I wanted the money back on the seven cards as I was keeping two of them. Also I was told my Request number had expired and i should get another one; which I did. Victor then told me as I had not immediately replied to his email he presumed that I was satisfied and was therefore closing the file but I could feel free to contact him if I had any concerns.
I am beginning to share the views of your existing complainants about Armouredcard. Everything seems to be going well, in a fashion, until it came to actually paying the money back to me.
