Getting a refund from Armouredcard

I ordered 7 cards by mistake and then reordered another 2 with the intention of returning the seven. I was told by Peter of customer service that the order had already been shipped but not to worry as i could return the seven cards within 30 days of receipt; this I did and even provided a tracking report from Canada Post showing delivery on August 2nd 2025.
They offered 50% discount which a turned down then they offered me 75% discount if I kept the cards. I said I wanted the money back on the seven cards as I was keeping two of them. Also I was told my Request number had expired and i should get another one; which I did. Victor then told me as I had not immediately replied to his email he presumed that I was satisfied and was therefore closing the file but I could feel free to contact him if I had any concerns.
I am beginning to share the views of your existing complainants about Armouredcard. Everything seems to be going well, in a fashion, until it came to actually paying the money back to me.

A scam don’t buy anything

What a scam. Tried to order 3 cards. The system automatically added another 4 cards which they took payment for. Tried to them team to cancel the extra 4 that I hadn’t ordered but they wouldn’t. They were happy to take my money. Each time t tried to contact kept getting same repetitive email you query has been closed send a new request. After several weeks finally got them to agree to getting some money back but they haven’t bothered. Trying to contact the again but they are ignoring me. Don’t purchase anything from them, it’s a con and the service is appalling

Absolute Scam Artists!!!

Absolute Scam Artists!!!
They use Shopper Lo to provide the cards & all communications are through them.
My internet security woke up after my order & warned me that they were scam artists. To late for me!!!
On no account use this company.
Took 29 days for the cards to arrive & then only after complaining to PayPal.
Have refused 3 times to give me a return address to obtain a refund.
Throw your money down the toilet & bang your head against a brick wall.

The Most Horrible Ordering Experience Ever

I attempted to order 2 Amoured cards on May 25th. The first thing that went wrong was that when I checked the email I received with the order info I saw that I had been charged for 3 cards (not 2) and was also charged for some sort of warranty. I emailed immediately within 5 minutes after the order was placed and attempted to cancel the third unwanted card to no avail. Like a few other people leaving reviews they told me the order was already in process of being shipped and that I would have to wait until I received the cards and then return the unwanted card. They did refund the $5.99 for the extended warranty which I did not want. So about 3 weeks later I finally received an email from Uniuni Shippers saying they had attempted to deliver a package to my home but the delivery had failed. When I checked my address I saw it was incorrect and lacking a unit number. Once I got that corrected after spending a half hour on hold with Uniuni, the package was finally delivered. When I attempted to return the third unwanted card through an email to customer support, they told me that the cost for return shipping was between $10 and $40 and that if I agreed they would let me keep the card and give me a refund for 25% of the total order. I decided to do that, but I just wasn’t happy with the whole process. I do have the cards but haven’t tried them yet. The whole customer service experience was just horrible and I believe their website tricks people into ordering unwanted items and they often add on unnecessary charges and hope you won’t notice. Also, the fact that you can’t cancel 5 minutes after an order has been placed when you realize they have wrongly charged you for items you didn’t want is just terrible. They make you wait until you receive the unwanted items and then tell you it’s outrageously expensive for you to return them forcing you to keep them.

I ordered these card protectors on…

I ordered these card protectors on 05/31/25. Order number 5B9A27DCE8.

They advertising order confirmation within 24 hours and shipping time is 7-12 business days after order. Confirmation and tracking within 12 hours after ship. All contact information and shipping address is done during the ordering process. Pure Victor, who said all successful orders are shipped within 12 hours of purchase.

I never heard back from anyone on the shipping and no shipping track number provided. Basically left me in the dark. So on the 4th I emailed asking status. Victor is the one who got back to me saying they will ship in 12 hours.

Next Barbara emailed me on the 5th saying it was going to ship but they needed my address and phone number Again (which both were on the order) but I gave them to her again without haste.

Yesterday the 6th, Magi said the information was forwarded onto the appropriate department, said once everything is confirmed my order will ship. Not what department nor any time line estimates, nor if they still have a problem with my address which was exactly the same.

Today the 7th, I still have not had this order shipped, confirmed nor any known lead time provided. We are a whole week in now with nothing to show for it except one excuse after another.

I have no faith in the company and I want this order canceled. This is one of the worst online order experience I’ve had. One week is not so bad but no one contacting me and me initiating the question why and your team still not much help is starting to push my buttons.

Now they say its processed and cannot be canceled. I believe I have been just ripped off. I will only update this review only if and when I get my order delivered.

Totally incompetent or scammers??


I saw an advert on the TV that prompted me to go to the website. Checked it out and all looked good. I ordered 7 cards. Money taken by debit card immediately. (very fast)
I received emails confirming the order and that items were packed and ready to go the same day. A tracking number would be sent within 24 hours. All looked good.

HOWEVER.... after 3 days I still had no tracking number. I contacted support by email. (the 24/7 chat was no chat, just took your details and sent an email). After many (stock) replies I said that I was not satisfied and wanted to cancel the order and a refund. I was then sent a survey to fill in. Well I gave them 1 star and outlined my problems. I wrote several reviews on their website (even 5 stars for being bad).
Next thing, Oh, we can't find the order, is the address correct?

Sent them copies of the order confirmation and a copy of tracking the order number saying 'Ordered'.
After a week of me constantly replying to their evasive emails, I put a review on scamadviser.com. I finally received several emails informing me that a refund had been made, which was true.

As I thought the product was still good (as described) I asked why they did not just send me the products? More evasive replies not answering he question.

Through the whole process I got the impression that the products would not be delivered. Their website was persuasive but on further exploration a few things were apparent. The reviews said that they were between 3-6 days ago. They didn't change on subsequent visits days later. I tried to down-thumb the reviews. Accepted it but disappeared on renewing the page.
When I made a review, it said that it would be added only if it was accepted.
