Ordered Thursday evening and paid for Saturday delivery. Cut off for this was 10am Friday so I ordered in good time.
Checked the order status on Saturday and it stated 'not shipped'
Phoned twice this morning, first time I was told cut off for Saturday delivery was Thursday lunchtime, that they'd raise the case internally and get someone to email me.
After double checking the website to confirm that it definitely states that cut off for Saturday delivery was Friday 10am I phoned a second time.
This time I was told that my order had actually been cancelled and that I'd receive my refund in 30 days.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so I've raised a dispute.
After reading similar experiences I would wholeheartedly not recommend.

I’ve visited John Lewis 5 times in 3 weeks and STILL there are no new tester bottles of Armani Code Absolu or Armani Code edp. There are only empty bottles and this is because Armani don’t send them out when requested, according to the JL staff. In fact, the staff laughed when I asked if they have had any luck yet and said I was the 5th person that day to ask if they had any bottles that weren’t empty. I wanted to smell the fragrances and choose one for my sons for Christmas, but I’m not blind-buying anything. So I emailed Armani to ask if they post out any samples, seeing as they can’t be bothered to stock all their suppliers, and I explained about JL, and their response was a joke. Not only did they not not address my query, but they suggested I go to Debenhams or John Lewis to smell the fragrances. Debenhams don’t have stores any more and the fact they advised me to go to John Lewis says it all! At this point, Armani can royally stick my custom. I’ve just sampled Prada Luna Rossa Black and it’s fab. I’ll get that for my sons instead. Do better, Armani!

I have never written a review before but I felt I should in this case to prevent somebody having the same experience as I did. I purchased some expensive perfume from this site and heard no further information as to its whereabouts. The site sent me a tracking number in the confirmation email, however when I came to use this the tracker told me that the number didn’t exist. I then tried to contact the site using their advertised email address but received a bounce back email telling me it wasn’t a real email address. I waited a week to see if the product arrived but it didn’t. To be clear, it has now been over a month since the money was taken out of my account and no perfume has arrived and I have received no further contact from the site. Luckily I had paid through PayPal for the product and therefore was able to receive a refund after raising it as a claim with themselves. Please take my advice and don’t shop at this site.

I ordered the Neo Nude Blush and Highlighter, loved the products on my skin but unfortunatley there was hardly any product in either bottle. I contacted customer services, sent photos and video of said products to them. It started off well, they asked me to post the items back to them and that once they recieved them they would send me a replacement as I requested.

A week later I had notification of a refund. I contacted customer services again to see if this could be cancelled and the products sent out. They said no, as they had made an error. I would have to re-order.

I explained that as I purchased the items in the 20% off sale, could I order the items at the same reduced cost? They came back saying the only discount they could offer me was 15% off list price.

So hang on a minute, they make an error by not sending the products. They refund me the price I paid and expect me to re-order and pay more.

I politley told them where to go and expressed my disappointment.

Hugley dissapointed as I love the Armani Beauty products but I will not order from them again due to the appaling customer service.

Got to checkout shipping stated free. Entered card details and pressed confirm and they took £5 for delivery. Technically this is fraud as you haven’t made me aware. Complained and I took a screen print and showed them but they are too dumb to comprehend or just don’t care not sure which.

I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon and immediately realised I’d selected the wrong perfume (the google ad for the one I wanted went to the page for something that looked identical and I didn’t notice it had a different name - doh). I emailed customer service immediately to let them know, and phoned them on Monday morning. The person who answered was very polite but explained that they can’t change or amend orders so I would have to wait for the order, send it back and wait for a refund - very annoying. I placed the correct order and waited for both to arrive. Then I checked the reviews and panicked, thinking the worst. Would I even get the orders? Would my refund go missing? Well, both orders arrived very quickly (quicker than stated when I ordered). I returned the incorrect order on 15th July and just received my refund (20th July). So I have to say I’m quite impressed. Perhaps Armani beauty is bucking its ideas up. Apart from the frustration of not being able to cancel my incorrect order it was a great experience. They told me they are getting a new system that will allow for order changes soon.

customer service not answering a complain, sent wrong goodies.

The worst customer service on planet earth. The company received my return, but never refunded my $86. Now I have to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I will never do business with this shady company again.

I had an online video consultation with one of their makeup experts. Was advised I am a neutral undertone and needed shade 7 in the luminous silk foundation. When it came it was slightly too dark. 1 application was fine but didn't do anything at all for me 2 applications was way too dark. I did an online chat and was advised the next shade lighter was 5.9. So I bought this and it was way too light. So I decided to go to the Armani beauty counter in selfridges in Birmingham. I was told there shades 5.9 and 7 are a cool tone not neutral. So I've wasted £88. Not happy. The lady was very helpful she matched me to shade 5.75. It looked lovely in the store under the artificial lights. So I went outside into the natural lights. So glad I did. It was way too light and made me look grey. I went back in and said i felt like it was too light. She basically told me that's my colour. There is no other colour for me and if I wasn't happy to put bronzer on to make it darker. Her tone totally changed when I said I'm quite happy to buy one there and then but I want it to be a colour I'm happy with. Wasn't prepared to match me to another colour. There was another lady sitting having her makeup matched also. She was there for over 1 hour matching her to lots of different shades. Spending time with her. You could clearly see she was wearing designer clothes and hand bags. Me for one wasn't, and it was very evident that they weren't prepared to spend time with me as they were with me. So I left with no luminous silk foundation that every make up artist and celebrity raves about. I personally would not recommend Armani or Armani in Selfridges Birmingham as they are clearly not interested in colour matching you unless you walk in dripping in designer clothes

Charged £6.95 shipping a week after products have been dispatched in a free shipping order!

Terrible customer service.... was promised goods would be sent , never arrived!! worst service ever!! you call them on the phone and they lie to you promising to resolve things yet they dont!!!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering! Terrible company. Ordered on line email confirmation came through okay. Few days later check my tracking number which doesn't work, emailed customer services doesnt work! Message them on social media days later they reply to say item out of stock when I ordered! Asked for a refund said they would send back in 5 days, 10 days later nothing! Messaged again on social media to be asked all same questions. Did a PayPal dispute in the end! Took me a month to get my money back. SCAMMERS.

Awful, Awful, Awful customer service.
Advertised a free gift which didn’t arrive with my purchase. Contacted customer service and was simply told they had run out of stock and didn’t have to provide a replacement.
No help at all …… especially when items can be purchased on other sites for a lower price.
My advice is shop around. You’ll get a better price and better customer service elsewhere.

Complained to customer services about the fact non of my debit or credit cards were able to be used on Armani web site and no help what so ever. Contacted a director of the business who got an advisor to contact me who showed interest for a week then just dropped it and no further help.
Had a lot of news that low quality and possibly fake goods are being supplied so I’ll leave this one !

I ordered perfume which turned out to be a dud. Sent it back beginning of December and am still awaiting refund. I have called 10 times and am always made false promises about how the refund is being processed and how someone will be in touch soon. Absolute joke of a company. No one has been in touch and I will never spend any Hard-earned money on any L’Oreal owned company again. Shocking!

Update: After calling yet another time the customer service agent told me that a refund has not been processed (he had told me a month ago that the refund will be with me in 3-5 working days.) He escalated it with his manager who was finally able to refund me

Before Christmas I ordered a new foundation and received a large box with nothing in. I have since sent numerous emails and called, asking for a refund. I have still not received the product or a refund yet. Terrible service.

I am only giving this company one star, as it is not possible to give zero! Placed and order for a product 10 days before Christmas, selecting the '3-5 day' delivery option. Got the confirmation email - but the hyperlink to 'track my parcel' was completely inactive. Christmas came and went with no delivery or communication - and so no Christmas present for my partner! New Year came and went with no delivery or communication from Armani/L'Oreal. Finally managed to find out how to complain on 4th Jan - only to be told that the product had been out of stock when I ordered! No apology that they hadn't bothered to communicate anything, or the fact that I wouldn't receive what I had paid for. So essentially, they were happy to take the money for a product they didn't have, and if I hadn't complained, they would never have returned my money (not that it has appeared back on my card yet). Disgraceful behavior and worse than shocking service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
