Purchased both the C111 and C310. Nice durable ripstop fabric but a couple of design tweaks have come to mind after wearing them for a few months. The leg openning is a tad too narrow (both models), works okay with a regular ankle style boot but anything heavier than this and it's a tight closure fit. Speaking of zippers, this has been a thorn from day one. The cummerbund design limits the length of the fly zipper, which makes fishing things out a real pain. That zipper needs another good inch of length.

What can you say about the Arktis experience. 5 star all round service and product! Vulcan is absolute quality, great fit, nice and warm, loads of massive pockets, light weight and not bulky. Exactly what you want in an operational jacket especially under a carrier! Don’t know why I held off of buying one for so long!!

Very fast shipping and good communication. The quality of the garments are fantastic.

Being a few pounds short of a free bumbag, when spending over £160+ seems a little tight.

Want to continue suppporting British, as the gear is good quality. (I have in the past used it operationally) but honestly if import fees weren't an issue I'd probably go elsewhere for these reasons.

Always very impressed by the quality of arktis kit. Especially considering it's about half the price of other competitors. I've used the waterproof jacket on multiple deployments and only replaced it when the original went missing on freight. It survived 6 years and several Arctic deployments and still looked like new. I hope the replacement lasts as long.

Arrived quick. Company is aware and implemented the correct tax protocol for export to Ireland.

Too many places in jacket fabric with no color break up. Just mostly green. Not like the picture on advertisement

The delivery was amazingly quick, upon receiving my item (great quaility) unfortunately was too big, I called up Arktis and spoke to most lovely woman who helped me with everything i needed, iv purchased a knew item and its been shipped already, couldn't be happier. Have been a fan (and a very happy customer) of Arktis clothing since serving in the military and have purchased many items over the years, even now as a civilian. Quality, robustness and price have always been outstanding. I still have, and use, a smock that I bought 24 years ago. Customer service is excellent. Recently (the only time ever, in over a dozen purchases), I had an issue with one item that I had purchased. I immediately contacted Arktis. Their customer support team replied quickly. They were very friendly, understanding and helpful. Within 2 days the issue was resolved. Very well done Arktis Team! Highly recommended!

Im on my 4th Arktis jacket (b310 best One on The market absolut - atleast The Old models). Bought my newest model in januar 6.jan 2024 coz i Saw there was a new liner and i wanted The upgrade, how ever The jacket i recived was a 2020 model i paied full Price for, and The quality of it was lower than The other 3 Old models i have. I contacted customer support and send The pictures of The bad quality and they Said they would send me a new 2024 model.. going in to May i still haven heard anything from Them and wrote Them again. they Said it would be sent when it had left The factory and they also asked for my size and what model it was - i replied with correct info. (No reply from then on my mail tho)

now we are almost in august, no new mails and no jacket 👎

Verry disapointing.

Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. Order still hasn’t been shipped. Attempted to contact customer service on 2 social media platforms, email and their web form with no responses to any of them. Wouldn’t order again at this rate.
